Hmmm. My main surprise was over seeing cards with Banding in there. Does that mean that they've finally solved the problems with it?

There were cards with Banding in MED1 as well. It's been online for about a year now.

I think the only bit that surprises me here is how many Fallen Empires cards they are bringing back. Don't get me wrong, Fallen Empires is one of my favorite sets. I'm just surprised to see so many familiar cards. It seems like they brought back all of the old "thallid" support cards from those days.

I love rumors and spoilers as much as anyone else on this site, but this was unnecessary. The main reason this was unnecessary is that the only way this person (or the original spoiler) got this info was by being a beta tester.
Normally testing doesn't give any privileged info, but this time they are. In fact, WOTC also sent us (beta testers) an e-mail re non-disclosure: Dear Beta Testing Participant, Beta testing of Masters Edition II gets underway today! During beta testing, you will have exclusive access to confidential information, therefore Wizards entrusts you with maintaining secrecy during your participation. Please help us avoid any potential spoilage by refraining from sharing beta related information with non-participants. Thank you for your participation, Wizards of the Coast appreciates your involvement and would like to be able to continue providing these opportunities to you in the future. Thank you! Wizards of the Coast ----------------------------------- The problem with violating this is, it possibly screws it up for those who follow WOTC's humble requests. That ticks me off and I really hope some loser who can't read didn't kill semi-public betas for the rest of us. Just wanted to say that. |

If you want to talk about Master's Edition, take it to the Magic Online General board, where they've had this list for some time now.
