Minds pact seems meh, better things to do with 5 mana (Gifts, TFK etc.)

The Capsule is interesting, could find a use in affinity.

Mind pact is pretty awful. I mean, why would he not give you one of those three cards. Chances are you'll still draw it.

3 mana 5/4 dude is pretty good.

Terror in a capsule is also pretty good

The third seems pretty strong.

Well seeing as the card is rare this makes a lot more sense..

I don't get Mind Pact. Is there something I'm missing or is it just plain aweful? I can imagine no situation in which I wouldn't choose one of the three cards if my opponent played this instead of letting him draw FIVE cards.
The 5/4 for three is looking nice and the Capsule is a great piece for a Tezzeret toolbox!

edit: Oh, that makes Mind Pact at least a bit better. I would still play Concentrate or Harmonize over this any day (I know they are both not in Standard when this comes out. Just wanted to show how easy it is to make better card draw.)

So it's either the revealed 3 cards or the next 5? If so it's not so bad. Very good in limited. In Standard not so good 'cause it's a sorcery and worth five mana.

Artifact is pretty good. I guess we have a cycle of colored artifacts (we have seen the blue too). Reminds me of Seals.

The monster is just crazy! With Birds of Paradise you'll be able to play it 2nd round. OMG

Well I guess creature power creep isn't quite done yet. We thought 4/4's for 3 mana were good enough even with a minor drawback.

But not today people now you get 3 mana 5/4's with no abilities!! 10 years from now we are going to be playing with our 7/7's for 2 mana it will ROCK!

Also the card draw power tone down is evident once again the card is so reminiscent of Fact or Fiction its ridiculous, but they tacked on the old unplayable sorcery speed and 1 mana for good measure.

Minds Pact - Will be draw 3 for pretty much all of the time. The only time it will draw 5 is if you are playing an obvious combo that can win the game this turn and the only piece you need to complete it turns up in the three.

Executioners Capsule - Seal of Doom with the costs moved about a bit. Strong anti aggro for Mono black control as played turn 1 it basically says "If you play a creature it WILL get nuked next turn."

Woolly Thoctar - Going to get chumped all day but still very strong. I may be making a "Cheap Fat" deck with this guy, Doran and Talara's Battalion. 4-5 power turn 2 seems great.

For the "Pact", I think of it this way: Either the opponent knows your next threats (or nonthreats) or you draw 5 threats completely unknown to them.

Could also work with Unearth cards
