I didn't see a Sliver EDH deck on the list, so I figured I'd post a deck. It's a fairly straight forward, linear deck. Unnatural Selection, Imagecrafter and the Shapeshifter spells are for stealing/tricks.
I haven't used this one in a while, mostly because people didn't like to lose to "cheap slivers." If anyone has any ideas for improvements or making it more "fun," that'd be great.
I'm not planning on getting a Sliver Queen anytime soon and I didn't run into any real mana problems, but all suggestions/comments are appreciated.
I would have put a Queen in there, but I don't have one and as I said in the first post I'm not in any hurry to acquire one. Certainly, If someone is going to make an Overlord EDH deck, the Sliver Queen would be awesome. If I come across a Muscle Sliver, I'd definately swap it for the Might Sliver.
As for the Metallic Sliver? I dunno, I figured it could be a one drop that could be a beast, depending on what other slivers were on the board. I actually don't think I have any better slivers to replace for him with.
Seems like a solid deck. I would run more chamelion Collosus, Taruen Mauler, Shapesharer (Make their creature a changeling with ameboid or such then make it a copy of their general and they both die! crazy!)

Doesn't work that way. Generals aren't effected by the legend rule. The creature you turned into the general would certainly die though.

I've never heard of that rule... Generals can die due to legendary. In fact, My zur deck used to love playing against Arcanis general for just that reason.
NOTE, however, that it's not a "may" clause, so it does not play well with enchantments of your own. That said, maybe an Enchanted Evening to combo?
I've got one of these myself, and I find it works best by focusing entirely on getting the Overlord out first, and then using his wonderful ability to tutor as often as humanly possible. Figure out a good order to get cards (I like Dormant for draw, followed by Quick so you can play slivers in response. "I Terror your gemhide sliver." "In response, tutor for Crystalline and play it."), and proceed from there.
A couple of recommendations: Sliversmith is a convenient token generator, though not a sliver. Amoeboid changeling seems like it would be useful if you had any important non-slivers, but as is it's just not contributing all that much. Finally, WARD SLIVER is awesome and necessary.
I guess I don't have a lot of non-sliver creature tribal stuff because the actual slivers can swing, but I do like Door of Destinies. I think I'd want one or the other with Coat of Arms. I suppose with all slivers I would come ahead with Coat, but it could be double-edged.
I did have Harmonic Sliver at first, but I found I ended up having to blow up my Artifacts and Enchantments (but I do run it in a dedicated Enchanted Evening/Opalescence deck).
Are there any slivers or artifacts in the deck list you think could go?
I understand what you're trying to do with the Velis Vel stuff, but they seem underpowered.
I agree that Wings of Velis Vel is pretty weak as a trick, I think I should replace it with Crib Swap. But Shields of Velis Vel is awesome. With enough open mana (especially with gemhide sliver in play) I can steal an opponent's board. I know they don't work as well as with Horde of Notions, but the ability to tutor a trick/removal with the Sliver Overlord still makes them useful. It's nice to fetch at your opponent's end step or in response to an attack.
Ummmm... What about Queen, Gemhide, Basal, Heart combo?
With those three you have infi mana then you can get the overlord out and tutor everything then quick followed by root and crystal Then how ever you want to kill them.
The combo works like this. When you have those top four mentioned cards out you can tap 2 mana to create a 1/1 Sliver token through Queen. Then Tap the token for a color of your choice from Gemhide because it has haste from Heart. And then sacrifice it using Basal and feed that 2 black back into Queen to make a new one. Then do it over again. Very hard to combo off and everything but its there
What does everyone think about Dream Halls?? I use it in mine and it seems to be a good way to cheat out some slivers such as Sliver Legion and Sliver Queen. Also it is a good way to get Genesis into the graveyard.
You might be surprised how easy your own dormant is to get rid of.
Any number of slivers give sacrifice abilities :-S
Also, I've played EDH slivers (a lot) and I've pretty much only ever won when I've played the Dormant Sliver - he's a machine.
This is absolutely true. Dormant is GREAT.
Dream Halls seems like it will come out too late to have much impact in this kind of heavy aggro. It might too impressive things, but it seems very situational. But I haven't tried it.
In my area, Swords of X and Y are rampant and popular, and Godo is a fairly popular general as well. With Godo's ability to tutor for any Sword to fit the occasion, or if you'e just encountering Swords in general, try running Ghostflame Sliver to make your Slivers colorless and get around their protection.
Also, since you're running a LOT of slivers (44) compared to other spells, Ancient Ziggurat is a non-expensive mana fixer. Perhaps remove one of your Vivid lands to fit in the Ziggurat, since it doesn't CIPT. While we're talking lands Mutavault is a winner here, although I know it's expensive
In addition to the shapeshifter Chameleon Collossus and Taurean Mauler, consider also Cairn Wanderer (this dude keys off keywords in the graveyard, and your slivers are loaded with keywords) and possibly Changeling Titan.
As long as you're not averse to running non-sliver creatures in your deck, my Sliver deck includes Yavimaya Elder for inexpensive (money-wise) mana fixing and Primeval Titan too, if you have one. I find they're very handy in 5-color decks. These two creatures, along with Etched Monstrosity are the only non-sliver/non-shapeshifter creatures in my sliver deck. The new Phyrexian Metamorph is VERY flexible
To keep with the "Tribal theme", do a search of the words "creature type", and you'll come up with these gems. These cards essentially do what slivers themselves do, which is share their abilities! Bloodline Shaman
EDIT: Just realize I'm offering suggesstions to a 2-year old post...
Don't worry, it's ok. There are still people that read even 2 year old posts.

Yeah, that art certainly suggests that! Thanks.

Why would you think that it wouldn't work?
2) Officially generals are immune to the legendary effect, although I suppose it depends on your playgroup.
Thanks
I opened a new thread for discussion on this topic, as I'd like to see if there is a definitive answer (or as much as you can get in a casual format)
Aura Shards might be handy.
Death Match, Fecundity, Grace Pact, Patriarch's Bidding would all have to be worth considering.
Distant Melody, Aphetto Dredging, Oversold Cemetry, Sigil of the New Dawn too.
Even an Overrun or something similar.
Death Match is too much of a double edged sword, unless you have your Frenetic Sliver or your Crystalline Sliver out.
Fecundity is just ok but it also helps your opponents.
I'm assuming by Grace Pact you mean Grave Pact; it would be nice but the three black in the casting cost would be a concern.
Patriach's Bidding would be good; it would probably help you much more than your opponents.
Oversold Cemetary is always good, the casting cost would be tough but doable.
Overrun is always good.
I'm too lazy to look up the rest of the cards.
NOTE, however, that it's not a "may" clause, so it does not play well with enchantments of your own. That said, maybe an Enchanted Evening to combo?

Good list, happy hunting!
Pretty sure it's there to steal your opponents' creatures.
Yes, Amoeboid Changeling is for stealing.
I really like Aphetto Dredging and Oversold Cemetary. Distant Melody and Patriarch's Bidding could be crazy.
I guess I don't have a lot of non-sliver creature tribal stuff because the actual slivers can swing, but I do like Door of Destinies. I think I'd want one or the other with Coat of Arms. I suppose with all slivers I would come ahead with Coat, but it could be double-edged.
I do have a Chameleon Colossus just siting in a binder and I think I have a Ward Sliver, which would be better than the Metallic.
I did have Harmonic Sliver at first, but I found I ended up having to blow up my Artifacts and Enchantments (but I do run it in a dedicated Enchanted Evening/Opalescence deck).
