Default [CON] Hellspark Elemental

Well, is monday (here in Spain), so I can post my card (zestys card's of course), so Ill try to make it easy...

To imprint a card in a scepter, you need two conditions. This card fulfill one.
It has flashback, but it hasn't.
Is cousin from another card that is played in monored in some versions.

Yes, this is a hell, but dont worry, I will be online for a couple of hours and I'll give you the card if you dont get it.

Whatever, the clues seems elemental.

Good luck And that the spark ignite from you

Edit: Solved

Spoiler:
Hellspark Elemental - 1r
Creature - Elemental (U)
Trample, haste
At end of turn, sacrifice Hellspark Elemental.
Unearth 1r
3/1

First thoughts, it has a CMC of 2 or less and it has Unearth. Making this a creature maybe?

So i'm guessing that you remove an instant from the game, and this card somehow let's you play the removed spell over and over again?

Something like...

Well Past Borders-- Enchantment (2RR)
When Well Past Borders comes into play, remove an instant card in your hand from the game.

2: Play the removed spell. Remove it from game instead of putting it back into the graveyard. Play this ability only once per turn.\

Edit- Missed the Spark Elemental clue, so the redo would be something like...

Ball Lightening 2.0 (RRR)
Haste Trample

At End of turn, Sacrifice ~.
Unearth (2RR)

If it follows the normal pattern, its Unearth cost will be less than its casting cost.

If it's like what people are guessing at then the unearth cost will be increased if not equal to the casting cost, see Hell's Thunder, which is it's "cousin" in some mono red decks I think.
