Seems possible to me...

I actually heard someone mentioning a green Morphling being in Conflux last week at my local store.

Indestructible is an interesting choice for the green member of this cycle. Makes me wonder what they'll have up their sleeves for white now.

Sedraxis Alchemist disagrees.

Thing is, what's the point of the -1/+1 ability, if you can just give him indestructibility?

seems like sloppy design to me...sloppy fake design that is.

Thornling seems like an amazing card for midrange green decks. Sure it might not be unsummonable lile the original but the indestructable brings it close (will make path to exile a must answer now!)

Edit: -1+1 could prove useful against double infest

If reliable, Brackwater Elemental really DOES mean Esper Aggro stands a chance. A Fog Elemental that attacks twice, for the same cost? Sign. Me. Up.

Go read Sedraxis Alchemist.

Anyway, the biggest benefit of this version of Thornling is that it's a 4/4, making it effectively a 7/infinity given enough mana.

Interesting (if true).

Shaddock, Sedraxis Alchemist would like to have a word with you.

Also, an Indestructable Thornling can still die to -x effects, so its plausible.

Why is Thornling Mythic? That's odd, since it's not Mythic-quality awesomeness.

Indestructible does not protect a creature with 0 or negative toughness from death.

Eh, it could potentially die to nameless inversion or you could just not have green mana available for whatever reason. It's not really sloppy design imo.

I don't like Haste on Thornling.

Ashenmoor Gouger = Mono-Red Destroy effects?
