I guess I should have clarified a bit better. This is a Magic Online deck so I have a limited card pool:
Core sets: 7th and beyond
Base Sets: Mirage, Visions, Weatherlight, Tempest, and Invasion and beyond
I ended up going with Saffi as my general and focusing on a few combo kills including Earthcraft + Squirrel Nest + Wild Growth variant and Helix Pinnacle. I wanted to steer away from creatures that didn't do anything specifically; that's why I eschewed Yavimaya Enchantress.
The deck turned out ok. I kept setting up a lock of enchantments with Privileged Position + Sterling Grove or a variant thereof, but I kept getting blown out by Austere Command or other enchantment sweepers. I guess I should've suspected that would happen and ran out Karmic Justice first or slowplayed the combo enchantments. Oh well - lesson learned.
I decided to rework the whole thing and really focus on the combo win via Epic Struggle. If anyone knows a better unconventional win condition available on Magic Online (see previous post) please suggest it. Throw anything out there; I moved to 5 colors, so I'm open to anything.
UPDATE: For anyone who is interested, I played two EDH games with the deck last night and.... (drumroll) won both!!
The first game was amazing - some idiot hit me with Glimpse the Unthinkable second freaking turn and hit my Squirrel Nest AND Earthcraft *grumble*. Unfortunately, I had decided to cut Restock before the game, too. Fortunately I still had two outs: Recollect and Eternal Witness - I needed both. So I just laid back and chilled. I cast General Atogatog and tried to seem janky. It worked to a point until everyone started getting suspicious and beating on me. Finally, with a Mana Reflection out, I was able to Twincast a Time Stretch and use my four extra turns to go off right before dying. I had sandbagged a Force of Will and a Pact of Negation and I used them to protect myself and steal the win out from under their noses. It felt ****ing great.
Second game I once again enjoyed the power of General Atogatog for the first several turns. For those of you who don't know about his special EDH oracle text, it says: When you declare Atogatog as your general, add X pity to your pity pool, where X is the number of opponents. It's very easy to convince people that you just threw together a deck with whatever cards you had lying around. Unfortunately, all the dual lands I'm running kind of dispel the illusion after a while, but it's still quite effective. Anyway, this game played out similar to the first one except I didn't lose my two combo cards immediately. I was down to 5 life and my two opponents decided to spare me for one turn. They both claimed they intended to off me on their next turn; they never got the chance. I Time Stretched with a City of Solitude to prevent responsive shenanigans, set up the combo, and bashed face with a lot of squirrels. Needless to say, they were a bit surprised.
Overall, I'm extremely happy with the deck. I'm thinking about making some changes, though. The counterspells don't mix well with the City of Solitude, obviously, but it's nice to have access to one or the other. I definitely feel like I need to add the Restock back. There always tends to be more discard and milling effects than I expect. I'm completely open to other suggestions. Thanks in advance, and I hope you enjoyed my pseudo game reports.
I would run some Atogs to make your general not a vannilla 5/5 for 5. Also i would run some cards to make people wanna be your freinds so they don't disrupt you, AKA rites of flourishing, howling mine, heartbeat of spring, mana flare, ect
The whole point of Atogatog is that he's funny and he makes my deck seem really janky. If I wanted a good 5 color general I'd play Horde of Notions or Cromat or something. Putting more creatures (Atogs) in the deck would just dilute it and make it more difficult to find the combo.
Putting the group friendly cards in is a good idea, though. I had them in the original list I wrote up, but I ended up cutting them. Now that I've played a few games, though, I think I agree with you.
Well since your in 5 colors, you might as well run more then one combo just in case.
Kiki-Jiki + Sky Hussar, Niv Mizzet + Curiostity/Ophidian Eye/Keen Sense, Palinchron + Heartbeat of Spring/Mana Reflection/Mana Flare or anything else. That way you have more then one win con
honestly i think this would be best as a rhys, the redeemed deck imo....eot find a way to kill an acadmey rector when u have enough creature or of course just win w/ the epic struggle if they dont have an answer

Yavimaya Enchantress
Argothian Enchantress
Gatherer of Graces
Guardian's Magemark
Beastmaster's Magemark
Also: Biorhythm is banned from EDH. Take a look at the ban list in the FAQ section of this forum for more information.
You could use Rith, the Awakener as a general: Red has some effective enchantments, too, such as Giant Strength and Arcane Teachings.
Also, you didn't list your manabase, but you should be running Serra's Sanctum if you have a bunch of enchantments.

General:
Atogatog
Creatures:
Artifacts/Enchantments:
Instants/Sorceries:
Planeswalker:
Liliana Vess
The plan is to sandbag for a while with some seemingly benign enchantments (Privileged Position + Sterling Grove/Greater Auramancy), and then out of nowhere, use an extra turn spell to combo out with Earthcraft + Squirrel Nest + Epic Struggle for the win. I'd love to run Orim's Chant, but I just can't afford it (costs over $30 on Magic Online), so I'm using City of Solitude instead. I also have a few counters for absolute emergencies.
Comments and suggestions please!
