I believe the cards with the off color mana in them (kickers) are not allowed with your general.

yea they are, its a white spell, and he has a white general
he just dont be able to pay the other costs, but will still get the main effect of the card

In short, cards with off-color kickers or abilities that are not in the color of the general are not allowed in the deck.
