This deck has proven time and time again that it is a survivor , it holds on in any metagame and commonly places in top4 on a regular basis.
This is my list , i would appreciate any comments
I would explain my choices , but as usual i am writing yet another primer , so they will all be in there in due time

Looks standard.
The SB is kind of shmeh-shmeh. An SB with lots of 1-ofs is traditionally a Wishboard or a Dump Truck-style SB with tutors. Unless you're going to run Cunning Wishes, an SB more suited to the environment seems better than backups. I'd go like this: 1 Blue Elemental Blast 3 Chill (yes, Chill. You don't play enough necessary red spells for this to be a self-hurting card) 2 Disenchant 2 Misdirection 2 Pyroclasm 3 Red Elemental Blast 2 Tormod's Crypt What IS your meta? |

That changes a lot, then. Without a consistent amount of red, Chill is kind of useless. Here's what I'd recommend over my previous, based on that:
3 Blue Elemental Blast 1 Disenchant 3 Red Elemental Blast 2 Pyroclasm 3 Rule of Law (the only reason to play this over Arcane Lab is because of REBs. It slows Aggro, too) 1 Rushing River 2 Tormod's Crypt |

Good gawd that snot green is awful :P. Your running stifle and Response is there reason, its usually the same slot and they usually serve the same role. Having 4 cards that serve that role could hinder you against some decks (ATS for example). The one rouge Disenchant looks iffy, wouldn’t Cunning Wish be served better id that spot, or add more disenchant for consistency in the place of response or stifle.

Its funny....once dragon was out of legacy my friend started playin landstill and ever scince hes been placing in the top 3. At the begining he was getiing 1st almost every week. But scince then people got smart and adjusted so that he didnt completely dominate. heres his version. now im not exactly sure of all the cards but i do know of the key differences he has.
Well thats pretty much all i can remember. i know his choice of a few things is weird but it works like crazy. i was kinda opposing the edicts but the flashback has saved his ass sooooooo many times. his sideboard in not to sure of but the main ones are teferis response and planar void(reanimator and ats run rampant here)

I haven't last so hard in a good bit. My comment for Landstill is play more Basics. I know it sound bad, but the whole point of this deck is to dodge most hate. Also, choosing 1 color to help out Blue is nice, but if you want to play tri colored, whatever. And Cunning wish time 2 or 3 is very nice, even if you think it is slow.

If cunning wish is too slow, why not try a mystical tutor approach and run a few silver bullets maindeck? I've always been partial to landstill and in the new legacy format i think i'll have to give it another try. unfortunately for some reason i have no standstills and haven't been able to find any, it's weird because its a fairly recent uncommon and i know i had 4 of them but of all the cards in the deck its the 1 card i have trouble finding. And yes i know i could order them online but that just seems a waste of time since i don't play enough legacy and i always feel a bit stupid ordering recent uncommons.

You play Standstill and wait until they break it, then you counter their spells. Because all of your threats are lands you can bypass Standstill and keep a steady clock on them. Then you throw in a lot of instants so they might have a tougher time overloading your permision and creature control spells. Cards like Lightning Bolt and Swords to Plowshares are excellent for that.
