Holy S! This is INSANE! I'm TALKING INSAAAAAAANE! I love it to death.

Finally, a card that actually enables the 5 power or greater theme to be played competitively! Only took til the last set

This card is just good though. And it makes all your other fatties good. Instead of slow garbage that gets countered every time. And it knocks Broodmate Dragon and Doran off their high horses at least a little cuz they don't see this card.

The flavor text is top notch too.

EDIT: Uncounterable Tarmogoyfs.

is the number on this 60/145? i'm not entirely sure, but for an s to be that early seems to be a little off.

Edit: multicolor cards in shards and conflux were not arranged by color combinations btw, just alphabetical order.

Been awhile since we saw a playable 4 mana 5/5 in these colors...Rumbling Slum.
I may or may not pull slum out of my Mayael EDH for this guy.
Or run both...why not.

They do it in Gatherer, and the arranged hybrid cards in a similar way in Shadowmoor.
At any rate, we have confirmation they are doing this now, considering Knight of New Alara has a number of 70.

We haven't had a playable creature with this ability on it in quite some time.
I think this guy could replace Colossus in R/G decks. (when Colossus rotates) Very nice cost to body ratio, and control will not like him. (This makes Meglonoth slightly more playable...the only other bomby 5 power dude for constructed purposes so far...)

Should note that most of the cards we are seeing have double or triple in their mana costs...which makes for interesting pressure in limited. Go 5c and benefit, or specialize and get these sweet, sweet bombs.
