Looks like an aven getting much fiercer. If in ARB...might be a bant/grixis overlap or bant+any red aligned shard.

Good news! Right handed people live 9 years longer than their left handed counterparts!

Looks more like bant meets naya. Naya's already shown some aztec-type themes. The ferociousness of Naya's R is what bant is missing and this art emphasizes.
Oh, btw. One point of note is that i remember someone saying that for SoA, they kept artists separate per shard, to keep a consistent feel for each shard. Well, all of Wayne Reynold's art has been on Naya. Now that the shards are merged, I dont think this is relevant anymore, but i thought i'd bring it up anyway.
I think this guy may be WUR, a ferocious Aven soldier or something. Maybe a 3/2 Flying First Strike, charging in there to take a chunk out of some fool, hoo-ah!
EDIT: And yeah, come to think of it, Wayne Reynolds critter art is almost always something charging at the card face.

If it is a WUR creature with that art I swear to god everyone will sing the "America, **** yeah!" song from Team America: World Police every time it is played or attacked with.
What we're doing here is akin to taking the text of Moby Dick, locating specific words therein, rearranging them to create a passage from Fight Club, and concluding from this evidence that Tyler Durden is based on Ahab.
This could be from the next block...
Fits at least.
Next block meaning Zendikar? (Not sure if I spelled that right).
Does Wizards usually get artwork this early? I mean, based on Rosewater's recent articles in the last 4 months or so it would seem that they're still in early testing and they're not even referred to by a name, yet. Unless this is a card they know is going to be in the set and isn't going to change.
It does seem to fit the Alara theme more, but I agree it could be in Zendikar.
Art for Live is milling about the WoTC offices. I think there was a twitter about it a few weeks ago.
On second thought, and also given the date, this might be graveyarded art. It looks like Kamigawa block art, especially considering the buildings in the background...look like Asian temples.

I believe this is Zendikar artwork. The armor is absolutely Native/Meso American inspired.
How is that not naya? Regardless I hope everyone else can get over that this isn't samurai, despite some definite meshing/stealing from asian design. Heck the small blade sheath on his side resembles a sacrificial dagger more than katana/wakazashi.
There is a roof in the backround that sortof has an asian curve to it, but it's hard to make out. On the other hand there are gothic arch windows, something very western and bantian even.
I like it. Looks like a First Striky flyer to me. Looks really aggro, can't imagine it would only be a 2/2, maybe a 3/2 or 3/3? I wonder what colors it would be though?

Aven aren't from Esper, so chances are good.
Yes, very nice art. Good job Mr. Reynolds.
Fits at least.

...naya?
this really for come reason reminds me of a certain kitty....
...and Facevaulter....seems that Wayne Reynolds specializes recently at the "Critter in your face!" pics.

This doesn't look at all like Bant, the architecture is wrong. It's usually more rounded and somewhat Indian inspired.

EVERY TIME.
Doesn't look/sound like Zendikar at all to me.

Honestly, it felt more to me like unused Onslaught block art.
And yeah, I agree w/previous poster Wayne Reynolds is a bit of a one-trick pony as an artist. I wish they'd drop him, frankly.

Do you think that it's armor is a mix between a samurai and the armor of an aztec tribe ?
It looks like that to me...
