Default [ARB] Enemy colour reprints F-F-F-FOOOOLIN

Here's time for ground-breaking news:

I just heard from a reliable source (I'm sorry, but I'm not allowed to reveal his name, for his safety) that a cycle will be reprinted in Alara Reborn.

The rare enemy cycle from Apocalypse will be reprinted, that's:

Goblin Trenches
Vindicate
Pernicious Deed
Prophetic Bolt
Mystic Snake

These cards are CONFIRMED to NOT be in Alara Reborn.

Please keep posts on-topic.

i'll beleive it when i see it - that would be a bold move by wizards. Vindicate alone would be crazy.

Wow. All of these cards are so awesome, glad to see them come back, except the r/w one but whatever. I'm at least a little concerned about their power though, especially vindicate.. 1bw for destroy target permanent seems a little too powerful in this environment, but we shall see.

More evidence that Wizards is completely out of ideas...

I doubt it for most of them are too powerful.

It fits perfectly with the current "power creep" ideas Wizards is trying to come for. I would'nt be surprised if we saw Vindicate at bw alone, to be honest.

I would find this more believable if today wasn't today.

LOL what? 2 mana destroy a permanent, no drawback other then costing 2 different colors...cause you know manafixing sucks so much in this standard enviroment...

Hey don't spoil the fun! Would be nice to think it's the truth. You never know, right? Perhaps the spoil for april fools was intentional and the joke is actually that the cards are in the set!

VINDICATE?! DEED?!

You're kidding right? This isn't going to be some "OMG Vindicate is back effing finally" followed by "FAIL"?! Seriously now, I'm actually excited to see a reprint. I need several. So many for my T2 Shadowheart decks. This and terminates... ok... I need to calm down... calm... calm...

I NEED scans or I call hax!

EDIT: I apparently got to excited and forgot to fix various typoes... wow... to see so many...

Right now, that wouldn't surprise me at all.

If you look at Standard, we have enough amazingly powerful cards to warrant it. It's not like it'd be broken.

In this admittedly short thread, I find an eyebrow raised at questioning the power level of Vindicate when this list also includes *deep breath* PERNICIOUS DEED arbitrarily long string of exclamation points.

But yes, the date and whatnot. Good one, though.

Uhh there is nothing in standard as good as 2 mana : Destroy a permanent. Not by a longshot. I really hope this is a bad april's fools day joke

Edit AND DEED TOO, GOOD CALL, THAT ALSO SHOULD COST 2
