So, this is a deck idea that I have just to have fun with. I've not played it yet and I just decided to throw it together to see if milling is possible. I mean, you gotta mill a 99 card deck. It doesn't seem easy at all or even possible, but if I can win once with this deck I'll be happy. It's like beating Emerald or Ruby weapon in Final Fantasy 7. It's something that not everyone can do or even most people attempt, but if you beat them you get a great sense of pride at accomplishing something that is difficult, takes time and patience. With that being said, please help me fine tune this deck. Also, if you suggest a card, please suggest a card to remove. If you want me to explain a card in here, ask and I'll do so.
I chose Oona because she has a built in Mill engine herself that is very useful.
Do split cards count as two seperate cards? I was under the impression that they don't since they are physically one card. If so, there's a free slot. Also, since you're already running Tunnel Vision, you need Spin Into Myth. You can mill their entire library in one go.
No, I split the cards up to show that they fall under my categories. If you notice I put the second part of Spite/Malice with the same number as the original.
I think I'd try to squeeze in some more RFG effects too, like Planar Void or Leyline of the Void, just so your opponents who actually enjoy putting cards into their graveyard won't benefit much from it.

In the end, we will remember not the words of our enemies, but the silence of our friends.
So after about a month of having this deck, I've not lost a 1 on 1 game with it. I've played 5 games I think and in all but one game I won through milling. One of them I just killed them with creatures.
Why do players use reliquary tower? Do you often fill your hands up that much?

Yes they shuffle their library.
Never know though, maybe you can't count on being able to keep oona in play all the time
Do you not run Mind's Eye...?
