One of if not my only heavily competitive decks. I like it, because its a combo deck that doesn't go infinite to win, and turns losing games into a winning game, all with one lucky draw.
I've hand turns where I drew around 40 cards, and of course had whatever answer I needed to end the game.
I play Wort too. I found that some of the most powerful spells you can conspire are land searching spells (Kodama's Reach, Explosive Vegetation, Reap and Sow, etc). You are missing some of the best ones.
I think you can benefit from some equipment or enchantments that give shroud. Lightning Greaves, Whispersilk Cloak, General's Kabuto are all good for keeping Wort alive.
I don't know how sweepers are working for you, but I found them counter productive as they often kill Wort too, and she's soooooo expensive to replay after every time you hit the panic button. I'd advise running more X spells that you can direct at creatures. Rolling Thunder is PERFECT for this deck. As is Fireball, since you can hit multiple targets of your choice. The only "sweeper" I run is Incendiary Command, but mostly because it is ridiculous to conspire anyway (2 non-basic lands dead and 8 damage to a guy).
Finally, I'd give some thought to some bigger token generators. Little tokens didn't work for me, but they seem to have worked for others. I use Call of the Herd, Elephant Ambush (probably getting cut), Beast Attack, and Roar of the Wurm. These are all nice as they flashback too, and you can conspire that.
Other cards in general I'd consider: Artifact Mutation, Rude Awakening (conspiring this generates LOTS of mana), Frenzied Tilling, and Seedborn Muse (conspire sorceries on yoru turn, instants on theirs, seems good).
Good Luck with the deck, it is immensely fun to play.
I play earthcraft in my wort deck and the card is absolutely bonkers its the sort of card that leads to 20 minute turns as you discover that hey you can play more of the cards in your hand every time you play a creature.
Ive never been a fan of decimate as you have to have one of each of those to target. I had a friend who ran it and it rarely came up that it would be beneficial to him.
I think Hull Breach would be a decent replacement.
I have a friend who plays Wort and he run's Tooth and Nail, lemme tell ya its pretty devestating when he conspires that. Dunno if it would be worth it in your deck though, you're pretty low on creatures. I dunno, just a suggestion.
Surprisingly, I've found Gleeful Sabotage superior to hull breach if you play 1v1 the majority of the time. Since it has conspire twice you can throw 3 smashes around.
Senseis Divining top (you have a ton of shuffles)
Sylvan Library (imo better than top)
Gauntlets of Power (set to green wins you most games)
Fires of Yavimaya or In the Web of War (both are Awesome)

Tooth and Nail
Masticore
Kamahl Fist of Krosia (GG with masticore)
-1 Chandra (never gonna do her only good ability in EDH)
-1 Decimate (for everything everyone said ... it sux)

This thread is garnishing more attention then it ever did when I first post it.
Decimate is awesome, I very rarely can't use it. I guess its a your mileage may vary card.
In terms of some of the other suggestions.
I'm not looking to up the power level of the deck at all. So no cards like Mana Echoes or Earthcraft unfortunately. In my circle, this is a top tier deck, that is borderline considered unfun sometimes. It runs that fine line between everyone watching me, knowing what I can do, but not enough that they don't have to worry about everyone else as well. The unfun part comes in when I'm not watched enough, and suddenly everyone is Rolling Thundered to death.
What suggestions are helpful for this deck at the moment, are ways to up it's consistency. Therefore the best so far have been Top and Sylvan Libary (though I'm not partial to either).
I do often find myself waiting around to draw some action spells that either don't blow everyone up and get countered.
Planar Portal would be a good card I think... 12 mana isn't hard for this deck at all.
Love the possibilities for this deck.

Haha Cervid, you should at least should know I already have Early Harvest in there already!
We only have a 4 page thread on Wort at the other forums =P.
I considered Vitalize, but I'm never in a situation where I run out of creatures to tap for conspire.
Earthcraft would be the card I'd consider, because I can always use more mana.
