Judging by the "cascade" of cascade spells in the Enigma Sphinx article, there is a 6-cost and 4-cost cascade spell each, and it looks like "Ardent Plea" will have cascade as well...

I'm definitely putting the Sphinx in my Esper Artifact deck... Cascade makes playing the posts less appealing, though.

the sphinx is great. a 5/4 flier that should be able to "cascade" ANYTHING in your deck! and if they kill it, it'll do it all again in 3 turns!! that's just nuuuuuuts!
also pridemage is a WG 2/2 WITH exalted AND an awesome ability AT common?!?!? I think this guy is one reason I'll skip the borderposts unless I absolutely need fixing.

Wish it were 8cmc for a Cruel Ultimatum, what a nasty card. But it says graveyard so Path to Exile will be a nice little thing to keep handy.

Sphinx is pretty sweet, though I'm not too thrilled with the recurrence method.

Might run Igneous Pouncer as a 1-2 of in my Elemental deck...maybe. Sphinx...ugh, more Esper bombs. Of course Cascade is good, but eh. I want some low CC Esper stuff that's good!

I REALLY like that sphinx. He's crazy. Sure he's expensive. But if he sticks, you get a free spell. And he's fat.

I think it's obvious at this point that cascade as a mechanic will be spread across colors, making it much more difficult to attempt a "cascade" deck. It seems like any attempt would probably be 5 color junk rather than 5 color gold. *shrugs*

They just love printing huge guys now-a-days....

But since I am a Timmy I love that guy, creatures with cascade are COOL!

I think it would be funny if they printed a 2cc card with cascade.
