There sure are a lot of snakes in this set. Why does this sound like something that would be in Zendikar?

Anyway, flash makes it play like removal, so that's kind of nice.

A GU removal (hard to find). Kinda Plumeveil style, even if this one doesn't usually stick for more than one attack (upside can kill fatties and has no defender).

Oh, nice G/U removal for limited, will almost always kill an attacker. Plus, even a 1/1 flier can do some offense in limited. I like it. Kinda reminds me of Snake Form: U/G, the two colors which don't get straigt removals, and a tricky ways to give them one anyway

Oh, and on a side note: I'm in awe by the power AND fun level of ARB. So far, there are only so few cards I wouldn't pick mid-to-high in draft. Just amazing.

I'd agree with you except that Nacatl has appeared on this set's cards, and they're totally the same flavor.

And it looks like they've found a clever way to print creature kill in blue/green. Actually, this is a really smooth design; it lets green do something it needs to do without feeling at all off-flavor.

Ew, filler. One of the only cards I've seen that I absolutely don't like.

Seems legit enough and is a pretty decent card but I know at pre-release someone is going to bust out a really lame Snakes on a Plane joke that wouldn't have been funny two years ago let alone now .

Eh... This makes Shambling Remains look really good. Filler if you ask me. Neat concept of it being esper-like however.

Reminds me of Snakeform, which I love. Another 3 CMC GU pseudo-removal card. It doesn't have the cantrip effect, but it can kill shroud, so I'm happy with it.

Solid in limited, wouldn't really call it filler.

Coatl: I like this. Its just spot removal. They will probably never waste removal on it unless their creature is super important or they have something reusable, so it will generally get the guy you want off the table. I just can't see someone pathing it.

The one redeeming aspect to this guy is that his unearth ability works well with Glassdust Hulk and anything else that cares about artifacts coming into or leaving play.
