Full of sacrifice effects, reanimation, and graveyard triggers, the deck focuses on getting loads of tokens out while disrupting the opponent.
Everyone assumes Nath is 'choose and discard', and the random discard to the person who is most threatening is a big deal.
The deck is loaded with sacrifice effects, so I decide when my creatures die ON MY TIME. No exiling or bottom-decking is happening buddy. The abusive and silly gamestates this deck can create are so much fun.
The deck has trouble with mana from time to time, but discarding EOT isn't bad in reanimation.
Yeah, the hondens seem good, but I'm not interested in the scepter or Prowler really.
I just need to know what is weakest in there...its hard to take cards out of here.
I neglected to mention that Eternal Witness and Deranged Hermit (is there is a better Reanimation target?) are going in here once I get them.

I've played with Thornling before I've always been disappointed with him. The card looks awesome, but he just doesn't ever come through when needed. What do you think of him?
Essence Warden seems like a bad card to draw late game. I think this card is probably the easiest to say, "I really don't need it." (Also you have it listed twice. Once in Creatures and once in Spells.)
Yavimaya Granger can be removed for Kodama's Reach. Same mana cost, extra land, and no echo. Just no 2/2 body.
All Sun's Dawn only gets back 2 creatures max. Has this card actually been better for you than it seems to me?
That's all I can think of that could be removed. Your list is pretty tight and it is difficult to say remove cards for something else.
I really think the Hondens would benefit you. If you happen to have them both and Nath in play, you get 5 tokens and opponent discards 3 cards. If anything, add these 2 cards and see how they work out for you. May actually be terrible cards.

Thornling is a beatstick. I like him, but when I played my Mayael EDH deck against him, Thornling had a habit of being put on the bottom of their deck.
I thought Granger was great for reanimation, but now that I think about it, she isn't as productive as Reach. Good call, haha.
Warden always comes in and gets cut for better things, seems fine.
All Sun's Dawn might get cut as well. I will likely (obviously) cut it for Witness.

Last night I flipped my opponent's Graverobber (stolen via Reanimate) and was bringing Deranged Hermit back every turn.
I also cast a Twilight Call in response to his Wheel of Fate resolving, when my graveyard was fully stocked thanks to Oppression.

I'd recommend Nezumi Shortfang. He's pretty good for some extra discard. It's also an instant speed ability, which is useful. Also, maybe running indrik stomphowler or wickerbough elder instead of seal of primordium. Since you have some creature recursion, it seems like they would be better than the seal.
I'm also not sure about thornling. How about something like Spiritmonger?

I will add stomphowler for sure.

No, its fine.
I am actually adding Monger. I got bored and bought some singles off of SCG.
Noone around here has one, or uses one, so he needs some props, IMO.

Agreed.
What do you think of lord of extinction at this point? Seems pretty good in an EDH deck.

Thanks for the suggestions, but the only one of those I would consider is the Shaman.
I don't feel like shelling out for a deed, sweeper is a sweeper, and I don't care about keeping things on the board.
I have plenty reanimation, 3 that can target any gy. (once I put Necromancy in) More often than not, I am grabbing my own stuff.
I really don't like one shot discard effects. Smallpox is different because it is a really big effect that hurts all players, and I drop a token and discard a fatty.

Why? She doesn't fit the deck's theme, and is too conditional for what she does. The slots in the deck are tight fits, and there is certainly something more powerful I could use for my build than her.
Deranged Hermit is in there already.
I will post a more current build in a few days when I get the rest of the cards that I'm adding.
Edit:
Got some of the cards today...
-Seal of Primordium
-Uktabi Orangatang
-Primal Command
-Yavimaya Granger
+Spiritmonger
+Indrik Stomphowler
+Wickerbough Elder
+The guy who gets two lands when he dies, forget his name.
I have been tweaking this deck, and pushing the theme further.
Unfortunately my friend also made a BG EDH deck. (General is the toughness is one dude, unexciting) His deck has half of the same cards as mine, with a reanimation theme as well. (Except I think he went a little far on the theme, he has wayyyyyyyyyyyy too many reanimation spells.)
Hopefully I can trade for a 5th pulse and a single Lord of Extinction for this.

The deck is a blast to play, and I have a few more card ideas I am mulling over...
Sisters of Stone Death could probably be taken out for Lord of Extinction. Looking through all the cards, that's the only one I would consider taking out. I really think you need to get Eternal Witness in there somehow. With all the reanimation spells you have, you get any card back with you reanimate her. Good luck finding a card to take out for her, though. I have no suggestions.

Yeah, sisters is pretty underwhelming. I got to reanimate them out quickly one game, but otherwise, meh.
I'm considering pulling Ritual of the Machine, but I want to use it a few times first. (Might even take it out for Enslave)
With my EDH decks, I usually play a few games and the cards that sit in my hand and do nothing are the ones that get cut. Even if they were really awesome once or twice, I need cards that are always good to see.
Hopefully I will have a better idea after more playing the deck.

How about Deadwood Treefolk? Or Vigor Mortis? Oversold Cemetery seems good too. I really like the deck - seems like a ton of fun. My Kresh deck has some similar things going on, but less so on the token side. But I'm getting some ideas from your list... especially Nezumi Graverobber. That guy seems really really good. Maybe I missed it, but have you also tried Necrogenesis? Seems like good GY hate and token making all in one.

Raise Dead effects aren't overly exciting to me in here. I already have plenty of recursion, so Vigor Mortis is meh.
I have considered Necrogenesis, but what do I take out for it...? Also, I like to be able to grab their things when I can.
Graverobber is sweet in here. I added him in after Reanimateing my opponent's, RFGing his yard, and then playing lots of mean things from my own GY.

After your update, I'm really not seeing how Savra doesn't fit in. Granted, you may end up just deciding she should be the general. Then you get into Innocent Blood, Grave Pact, etc.
BTW, I'm a big fan of Blasting Station, and that makes me think of Helm of Possession which with a lot of sac effects might be better than Ritual of the Machine. I don't know if you end up with animation effects sitting idle in your hand, but there are a lot of them in there. If you do, then maybe there's a candidate for a switch.
Also, it seems Farseek or some Rampant Growth variant might replace the Signet, especially in a two color deck and since you run Plague Boiler. It's another permanent to lose to mass permanent removal. Of course, if Geddon effects are popular in your area, then that makes sense.

I can easily replace the Signet with Primal Growth. It isn't in there yet, as I dug through a ton of Planeshift commons and didn't have that OR terminates, much to my dismay.
If I can get the helm is it CERTAINLY in.
I prefer Nath because of the random discard. It is a much better deterrent to irritating Blue decks than 'oh noes sac your guy' IMO.
Edit:
Signet left for Primal Growth.
I also put Epic Struggle in there and took out Sisters of Stone Death.
I played a game yesterday, got out the hypnotist combo, and made 13 or so elves, then played mycoloth. When I won I had 100 creatures on the board.
I see that a new nath thread appeared, hopefully my deck can help a little.
I took out Ritual of the Machine, it is off theme and I never got to play it.
I put in Scion of Darkness because it fits the theme very much.
