I doubt if anyone will have bothered to make something like this - what with ~10,000 individual cards in magic, heaps of reprints, and assuming 2 columns of 50 cards per A4 page - You're looking at over 100 sheets. So yes, roughly a bajillion :p.
If you click "all products" on the website, you can find entire checklists. But they're not like what you wanted. They're divided by set and you hve to down them individually.

So, I come before the collected Magic peoples to ask to save me more fruitless searching.
Is there any printable checklists to keep track of my collection of cards?
I do not want computer based, as it is prone to fail and paper hasn't failed me yet.
I have linked to a picture that I mocked up to give a visual of what I am after.

I've not heard of a straight up checklist, but it would be cool if someone made one.

As it's laid out, it'll eat a bajillion (an estimate) pieces of paper and a gallon or so of ink.
I might have to see about this myself....

I also just prefer a paper-based system to a computer based system.
It would be a nice thing to have, though.
