Default [RAV] more w/g stuff

From the same source as Incredible Changing Loxodon comes this information via AIM.

PART ONE

Quote:
k this is second hand of course but I did clarify it
instant for 3gg, put three saprolings in play
it has convoke
PART TWO

the rare guild mana enchantment is Privileged Position
PART THREE

pretty sure there's no llama in the set
Awwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww no Humped Llama? Nooo!
That token generator is going to be a staple for Convoke decks IMO. 5 mana is great at instant speed for 3 power of surprise blockers! Or, as a Convoke enabler... the second one you cast only costs . The third is free.

I enjoy how saprolings are being DIRECTLY tied to convoke.
Because it just rules that way.
Good tidbits here.

I hate you called people posting before me

Nice to see convoke on something other than a creature. And nice to see another good convoke card.

Well the saproling generator is very nice and interacts with convoke really well.
As of the Llamas I wanted them to R_E

Edit my word was them not then...

Does he mean that the actual "llama" card as rumored won't be in the set or that it just won't be a llama?

Let's leave it on the spoiler as a Llama until we know the real name, eh?

One more bit before he went offline to bed:

3GG for three Insects isn't spectacular. G/W has a history of swarming w/ its creatures. With a global power pump source such as a Glorious Anthem.. or something.. one could feasibly attack with six 2+/2+ creatures by turn three-four.

Go Go Saprolings. It's good to see more information coming in for Rav.

also.. I didn't think a Llama would be a creature type.

Alright! Great to have more info, thanks to this source, and our hero R_E for getting it out to the masses, you guys rule!

The Convoked saproling producer is really good, spawning new creatures to Convoke out more critters immediately, and like R_E said, they get cheaper with each consecutive one cast that turn, or as long as you can keep the Saps from dying... very nice!

Now, I expect to hear, from at least one of you, a big: GOGO Ravnica!!!! It's all about the saproling love baby!

Does anybody think they may go too far and end up making some rediculous rare that makes G/w convoke insane?

I like the token maker. As an instant it looks pretty strong, and I'm certainly glad they are using saprolings instead of making up another type.

GOGO Ravnica!
(Hey Hydro, did you notice your expression catching on at www.magicthegathering.com? It was used in an answer to Ask Wizards recently.)
