Rules
00. If you're thinking you can get away with ripping me, think again. In my previous life I was a ninja and I will hunt you down and make you pay. Seriously.
0.1 Read Rule #5 and subsections very, very, carefully.
0.2 Yes, I realise there is a lot to read here. But rules are rules. And these rules are more like guidelines anyway.
01. Traditional ref rules apply; non-MTGNews refs carry no value whatsoever. If you have more than me, I'll send first; if I have more, you're sending first. If I have traded with you before, simultaneous send is my preferred sending method.
02. I live in Yorktown VA, USA. I normally won't consider international trading unless the trade is extremely worth it.
03. I use envelopes and depending on the trade each card will have a top loader. If trade is many I am ok with receiving cards pinned in between two toploaders securely and wrapped with paper and tape (the way most online shops ship). If you have any requests for the way cards are sent by all means ask.
04. All cards are at least in "excellent" (EX) condition unless otherwise noted. However, as I am not perfect, I may overlook something, or we have different opinions as to what justifies "excellent." It is your responsibility to ask about the condition of the cards. I am a player, not a collector, so I will trade for cards in "Fine" condition so long as you let me know beforehand.
4.1 Tournament legal cards ONLY. No Gold border, IE, CE, proxies, etc.
4.2 If cards arrive in a worse condition than stated, you are expected to rectify the oversight. Failure to do so is an automatic bad trade response.
4.3 I normally use MOTL and Star City Games for price checking, but am open to other websites.
4.4 I reserve the right to waive any of the above restrictions at my discretion, but will not if people are being resonable. I also reserve the right to end a trade if people are being rude and extremely unfair.
05. I expect people to be curteous and prompt. If you send me a PM, I WILL respond timely even if I'm not interested (unless you're on my ignore list). You've taken the time to get in contact with me, the least I can do is be civilised and politely reply. I expect the same. No offence, but it is good etiquette and reflects well on you. Blowing people off doesn't pass in the real world and it will not be tolerated.
5.1 If I do not get a reply (even a courtesy "thanks but no thanks" will suffice), I will add you to my ignore list.
5.2 It would be sad if you missed out on a possible future trade because of poor manners. It will not kill you to take thirty seconds to reply.
5.3 Positive refs will be given out if trade went well meaning I didn't get ripped off. I expect the following with the people I trade with. If you don't give me some type of ref I'd expect at least a PM letting me know why.
06. I also trade my cards in real life and through social networking. If I fail to upload a new list of my haves I apologize in advance.
6.1 I will try and keep an updated list of current trades so nobody is misinformed of what I have. If you see something in "My Haves" check the "Current Trades" list to make sure I didn't promise it to somebody else.
07. BY POSTING TRADE INQUIRES OR SENDING TRADE INQUIRES VIA PRIVATE MESSAGE, YOU STIPULATE TO ALL OF THE ABOVE TERMS. BY ENGAGING IN A TRADE WITH RABBIT, YOU ARE BOUND BY THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES AND YORK COUNTY. PERSONS CAUGHT "RIPPING," OR COMMITTING MAIL FRAUD WILL BE PROSECUTED TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW.

that i have the extras to trade. i checked several different sites, including Cardkingdom, MOTL, and Star City and they seem to go for about 8 dollars together. if your ok with it, i was looking at your;
