for the most part the deck seems solid however there are a few changes that i would make. for the most part it seems like you have a lot of mass removal so path to exile and swords to plowshares seem obsolete especially in a multiplayer format where your opponents will have more than one creature. i suggest taking both out and putting in hallowed burial for a better mass removal card and also screwing over your opponents generals. and for the replacement on swords to plowshares i would put in hinder, another counterspell that is also a general killer. there isnt anything that anyone hates more than having their general put on the bottom of the deck. im not entirely sure what scapeshift is good for except maybe mana fixing however it doesnt give you the mana advantage at all. i would run explosive vegetation or kodamas reach instead. your deck also seems to roll over to blood moon too. might i suggest having more than one way to deal with enchantments other than the one charm you are playing, unless i just looked over something that destroys enchantments. also jace doesnt really seem to do you any good, granted he is card draw but he is minimal card draw. if youre going to run a planes walker i suggest Garruk because not only is he huge mana advantage/fixing, he also buffs your creatures and if you feel like it he makes creatures as well. sanctum plowbeast and pale recluse seem to be quite useless with all the fixing you already have. i suggest replacing 2 with draw spells such as opportunity and tidings or something to that effect because you can more than likely draw into the cards you need and even some better cards that help your deck move along faster. i see you are running seedborn muse which is a great idea, in my opinion if you are running muse then you should also run spellburst, basically you get a reusable counterspell that pretty much puts your opponent in a lock. i like the fact that you are running vesuvan shapeshifter but i think that willbender probably needs to be replaced by brine elemental to put all your opponents in a mana lockdown. in case you dont know the combo you can flip up shapeshifter copying brine elementals morph ability then on your next turn flip shapeshifter face down and repeat the process thus never allowing your opponents to untap. other than that i really like the deck.
