I have been running Sek'Kuar for most of the time I have been playing EDH. This deck is well tuned and suited for both multi-player and 1 on 1 (which it was made for).
Heh, I have run Altar in the past and it is fun with Lord of Extinction but I eventually decided to cut it for more creatures. I do not lack for good sacrifice outlets.
After thinking about if for a second, I think I will try and fit it back in.
The biggest problem I have ran into is graveyard hate, I have been hit with multiple Tormod's Crypt type effects. It really hurts to loose your recursion engine.
Warp World. I can't begin to tell you how much fun I have with that card in my Sek'Kuar deck. There's nothing like Warping when you have about 30 permanents into an Eternal Witness and enough lands to re-Warp several times in a row until you've got about 50 permanents in play and the opponent with the next most has maybe 20. And if your permaments include Vicious Shadows and a sac-outlet, you outright win.
I didn't look at your full list to see how well it would work or the like, but in my Sek'Kuar deck, I really like Tortured Existence and Survival of the Fittest (which I did notice you had) with Squee, Goblin Nabob. Fun to follow the tutors up with Sneak Attack (my favorites for sneak attack are Symbiotic Wurm or Homura, Human Ascendant. Not sure if any of that fits your feel for the deck, but I've always had good results with that.
There have been some great suggestions...I must have missed Tortured Existence (I have never seen one, I was getting out of magic during that time). I will try it out.
I don't think Sneak Attack will work in this build because I have gone for more of an acceleration route and run fewer fatties than some builds),
Warp World is certianlly funny but I don't like it here.
The Strands of night combo is pretty cool, I may try that out as well.
Yeah, tortured is pretty nice. I didn't know it existed until I was playing with my friends Deathkeeper deck and drew it. It's kind of under the radar, but not a bad bit of recursion, especially mixed with survival.
And yeah, just looking at the creatures more and sneak attack for the most part wouldn't be as good for you. Not as much to synergize with it.
You do need Vicious Shadows, though. That card is absolutely brutal. Even if your opponent has only 2-3 cards in hand, a Wrath can knock them down over 20 life, since it triggers off any player's creatures, and you should have quite a few in play even if no one else does. On the other hand, if it resolves when your opponent has 5+ cards in hand, you should pretty much be able to win on the spot with sac-outlets. It does only hit one opponent per trigger, but it still works in multiplayer because more players means more creatures.
Sek'kuar + Phyrexian Altar + Nether Traitor= infinite mana. Not to mention Altar and Traitor are nuts in the deck.
Sek'kuar + Phyrexian Altar + Nether Traitor + Survival of the Fittest + Masked Admirers= every creature in your deck into play. (I like Deathbringer Thoctar for the insta-kill everyone.) Or just cast Sarkhan Vol.

Mycoloth and Tar Fiend also seem like they would fit in pretty well.

In summation
-Sarkhan Vol
+Lilianna Vess
Find room for:
Insurrection
Tooth and Nail
nether traitor
bloodghast
phyrexian altar
Drop:
Brooding Saurian (unless you face a lot of control magic)
Ant Queen (tokens don't work well with sek'kuar)
Endrek Sahr, Master Breeder (same as above)
Sprouting Thrinax (Doesn't seem like he does enough)
Wordly Tutor(I just don't like search cards that lose you advantage)
