Side note; Spreadsheet has not been updated, i'm getting around to it! Stupid school....
720 cards = max 16 people drafting.
Every deck should be using like 16 basic lands (some 13, some 17, let's be safe)
16 * 16 = 256 lands. So about 50 of each basic should be enough.
If you sleeve your cube, you'll most likely will buy 1000 sleeves, so just keep 720 for cube and 280 for the lands :). This is how I do it. However, last cube draft with only 8 man I felt we had too few lands. Either I miscounted my lands or my math sucks
Don't add the ultimatums imo.
1. Some of them suck, (Clarion Ultimatum = fetch basic lands .. woot)
2. You need some effort to cast them in Shards draft. And that in a block designed to be multicolored. You don't want to do this in cube.
Also, why add all the Magi ? Some of them are really bad imo.
I can see you adding those Angels, most of them are quite ok. But the magi all exist in some other noncreature form which is lots better.
Phew. ~4 hours later, i think i got everything. Spreadsheet and post complete. I double checked everything but let me know if i'm missing anything, or if i should sort anything differently.
Because of my OCD tendencies, my goal would be to change the numbers like this;
But i realize that may mean adding terrible cards or removing amazing cards. Over the next weekish i'll be looking through these cubes; Azn, DerBK, Kenny, Tom LaPille*, iliketrain*, deathjester*.
Getting all of your numbers to a nice even point is a goal that I can definitely agree with. I don't agree at all with adding in all of the Magi. I actually don't think my cube runs any of them. As The Scientist stated, they all exist in a better non creature form. That would be a ideal place to start when cutting cards to get your numbers right. Their might be a couple I'd keep (ie: Magus of the Disk), but for the most part, they're all sub par.
Those numbers wouldn't be hard to balance at all. Blue has the most cube-worthy cards out of any color, and you've got WAY to many white cards in the cube.
You'll be adding in nothing but good cards and be removing only bad cards, I assure you.

I wouldn't cut Isamaru, Karmic Guide, Pristine Angel, Serra Angel, Serra Avenger, or Voice of All. Normally some of those I'd be quick to put on the chopping block, but considering the size of the cube, I think all of those are perfectly fine additions. Especially Isamaru, Karmic Guide, and Serra Avenger.

My bad, Isamaru, Pristine Angel and Karmic Guide were definitely not supposed to be there. I think Avenger is pretty good, but I think that nowadays I'd rather have Guardian Seraph, if I were to run something like that at the 4 drop, but it certainly beats things like Haunting Angel and Glimmering Angel.

I can agree with that, but his cube is big enough to allow room for "good" cards like Avenger to be ran alongside better cards like Guardian Seraph. Hell, my cube is around 550 and I run them both.
@Shalazar: I'll also agree with your Magi comments. The ones you listed there are probably the best of them all.
EDIT: I don't like Mangara of Corondor at all. At 1WW it's not very splashable at all which takes away a bit from the card. Not to say that 1WW cards shouldn't be ran, but with a heavy white cost like that, it better be a damn good 3-drop (ie: Paladin en-Vec). Tapping to RFG a permanent is a good ability, but being forced to wait a turn to use it leaves it open to removal. Add in the fact that it's only a 1/1 with no sort of protection and it becomes much more susceptable to that removal. Put all of those cons together and the card becomes uncubeable IMO.

Yea ... the red ones are good in a small cube IMO ... Magus of the Scroll is great in aggro ... 1 drop beater AND reach! Magus of the Moon is one of the better disruption cards ever! A must include if your Cube puts lots of attention into lands(i.e. more slots) as some do. Comes down pretty quick too.

I don't think of Mangara of Corondor as a creature ... just an easier to cast Vindicate that gives you one turn to answer ... it removes from game too! If you run Karakas and/or Riptide Laboratory in your on color lands ... AUTO INCLUDE.

Not thinking of it as a creature is a big mistake, IMO. The fact is that it is indeed a creature and can be targeted and removed by an absolute ton of cubeable spells. I also see no reason to run Karakas or Riptide Laboratory in any cube. While both have their places and are decent in the right deck, they are way to narrow to be included in a cube.

I didn't have Riptide Laboratory even on my radar when building. It was later when I was playing with the possibilities of Tribal sub-themes. Tribal never panned out, but I did realize that I had 46 Wizards vs. only 22 elves and 17 goblins(the two tribes I thought could go somewhere). I added to blue color specific lands(don't have karakas with all the awesome white lands) ...
It hasn't had a shortage of targets since(better than Karakas for targets ... which some use).
Alright, finally found some time to put into this today! Already got cards lined up to balance out my colors (in terms of number) now i just need more time to work on it

Side note; i haven't physically built this yet. I was planning on getting my list up to 720 and then building from there.

yeah, definitley sort the stuff, it's easier for folks to give ya advice.

Magus of the Moon and Magus of the Scroll are really solid actually. I run them with Magus of the Disk. Also, I have tried out Magus of the Future, Magus of the Jar, Magus of the Tabernacle, and Magus of the Mirror. Jar and Mirror we're pretty good for us and on the include list as Cube grows. Others ... meh.
This. I'd also add to keep list Mangara of Corondor (instead of Serra Angel)

I can get behind almost all of those removals, although, i'm curious why you said Degavolver, Wayward Angel, Seraph, Reya Dawnbringer, and Radiant, Archangel.
Dislike Mangara of Corondor, so he's gone.
[EDH] WRG Uril, The Miststalker
[EDH] G Verdeloth, The Ancient
A lot of those are overcosted and don't do enough for their cost, especially for the higher costed angels.
Degavolver seems like it's only useful when kicked both times and even then, there are much better white cards than that.
