Another Intet, the Dreamer deck. This one is based around the most broken of broken mechanics: free spells! I just want to share my deck and see if maybe I missed something terribly obvious. The deck is trying to push the limits of 'fair' and it seems successful so far.
The main win conditions are:
Kiki-jiki + Pestermite, fueld by Tooth and Nail, Weird Harvest, and various tutors
Mind's Desire, fueled by multiple free/mana generating spells
Beatdown, backed by mana/card advantage
BRG Xira Arien BRG UR Melek, Izzet Paragon UR WUG Jenara, Asura of War WUG WRG Mayael the Anima WRG WB Triad of Fates WB BG Mazirek, Kraul Death Priest BG BR Rakdos, Lord of Riots BR WR Aurelia the Warleader WR WBG Ghave, Guru of Spores WBG WUBRG Horde of Notions WUBRG
No time stretch? That's wrong. It's probably the best expensive spell in the game barring tooth and nail combo wins (ie: ideal to tutor up for intet or djinn of wishes), and the presence of pestermite tells me you're not against winning via combo, so it can also grant infinite turns with kiki-jiki and eternal witness in play.
Seedborn muse belongs in every UG deck imo, but she especially likes to groove with kiki-jiki.
Actually...let me elaborate on that. I have my own Intet deck that I built after noticing that the players I play with seemed to be skimping on graveyard hate. I opted to build around kiki-jiki rather than intet's ability, Intet just happens to be the only UGR general. I play mostly MTGO, so our card availability is a bit different (notably, imperial recruiter is rather cheap for me). If I'm playing with some cutthroat friends, I can cast recruiter for kiki-jiki, use kiki to copy recruiter fetching pestermite, and presto I just won. It's like having a second tooth and nail. In paper magic where getting recruiter isn't feasible for most people, you can still use a creature tutor spell (like say, worldly tutor or better yet chord of calling) to get eternal witness, and get witness to do a recruiter impression by returning the tutor to get kiki-jiki, and so forth.
In a more casual scenario, where players enjoy playing against johnny-ish synergy but not immediate game-winners, you can fetch kiki-jiki, copy recruiter/witness to tutor for seedborn muse, and untap for next player's upkeep, which gives you a ton of options. Tutor for mystic snake or draining whelk so you can set up a soft counter-lock? (kiki-jiki can copy the counterspell creature in response to spells - with seedborn muse in play that's pretty insane) Get bogardan hellkite and blow everything (and everyone) away? The funny thing is, barring graveyard hate or exile effects, kiki-jiki is really, really hard to kill. If someone resolves a board-wipe, you can still tutor for eternal witness (or body double to copy a witness in your yard), return kiki-jiki with the witness trigger, clone the witness it to return whatever seems prudent (seedborn muse? the original witness if you cast body double?), and you're back in business. Even if you get stymied by multiple removal spells in response to clone attempts or counterspells...you can topdeck regrowth/reclaim/restock/body double/deadwood treefolk/etc and start chaining recursion effects all over again. I remember one particular game where I had my board wiped 8 turns in a row before I finally got to untap with kiki-jiki still in play and had finally had enough mana to tutor for and play seedborn muse to start the insanity. And I had an overflowing hand at the time because I was replaying kiki-jiki every turn without using anything I topdecked.
The main thing that makes this a reliable gameplan is that a single tutor is all it takes to get started. Even mystical tutor can get chord or tooth+nail. From there, kiki-jiki and witness/recruiter just let you treat your deck as an extension of your hand as far as creatures are concerned.
Not saying you should copy my deck's gameplan or anything, I just think it's neat and an avenue you might not have considered.
Other random suggestions produced by diffing my own decklist against yours:
I like running kher keep to go with skullclamp/trinket mage. You can get more use out of it via minamo and seedborn muse if clamp is in play or the board is such that you want chump blockers (or if you just don't have anything better to spend mana on). The tokens help power up chord of calling, and can wear equipment too.
Izzet chronarch can act like a backup eternal witness if you need it. Not saying you should, just pointing out that it's there.
Deadwood treefolk has pulled his weight for me. He really helps wading through the tons of (hopefully non-exiling) removal that kiki-jiki tends to draw. Cast him, return a creature, copy him, return another, when the copy pops at EOT, return a third creature. Those creatures probably include eternal witness and/or body double....you can see how hard it is for opponents to deal with this deck using normal means. He's also nice in intuition packages.
You have a lot of good great comes-into-play abilities on your creatures, but right now kiki-jiki is your only way to abuse them. Consider crystal shard, erratic portal, and possibly tidespout tyrant if you want to turn them into advantage engines consistently with some added redundancy in case of grave-hate/exiling. They also let you dodge un-recurrable removal (like control magics, sword to plowshares, hallowed burial, etc)
I run more basics (and more land in general than you) to justify thawing glaciers. It's pretty strong on its own in this format, and works nicely with bouncelands and deserted temple, which incidentally works nicely with the aforementioned kher keep and gaea's cradle. Now that I think about it, thaw works darned well with burgeoning....time to modify my own decklist to include the enchantment
Reliquary tower is also solid in this format. I auto-include it in any deck that runs a card advantage engine (you have mulldrifter recursion, skullclamp, and I also run life from the loam and mind's eye).
I run acidic slime instead of indrik stomphowler. I'm not 100% sure it's correct, but at least it can be tutored for with imperial recruiter.
I was going to suggest that you run creatures like wood elves, coiling oracle, farhaven elf, and solemn simulacrum instead of some of your rampant-growth-like sorceries to synergize with skullclamp, chord of calling, and kiki-jiki. Then I saw that you already run 4 of my 5 suggestions, but use signets (gasp!) instead of the usual land-fetch spells. Shame on you for running signets in a green deck! Your manabase looks solid, so you shouldn't have trouble coming up with a single early green mana for land fetch spells like farseek, nature's lore, etc, which are pretty close to strictly better than a signet. They survive most board-wipes (disk, o-stone, austere, etc), and lets you choose which color(s) you want. I'd run gilded lotus over a signet anyday, too.
It looks like you focused on your pro-active gameplan of developing/comboing faster than your opponents, but this is a multiplayer format and sometimes the **** hits the fan. It's also 100-card singleton and sometimes your deck just doesn't draw the way you want it to. I'd suggest running some sort of reset mechanism, be it O-stone, disk, or whatever. I run starstorm (fetchable with muddle the mixture, among other things), but that's just me.

One of my favorite draw spells, Dream Cache fits right in with Intet.
Sylvan Tutor is a sorcery-speed Worldly Tutor, if you can/want to find room.
Mirri's Guile is a cheaper Sylvan Library without the extra draw effect.

I always liked voidslime.
Mana reflection is way better than mana flare or heartbeat. I don't run it, but burgeoning is better than exploration in multiplayer games.
I also run personal tutor online. I have no idea how hard it is to get in paper though.
No mind's eye? You must be primarily a 1v1 player...
Why bother with cycling lands if you aren't running life from the loam?

I don't care for cycling lands in EDH, especially in a multicolor deck.
I don't think Engineered Explosives is good in a 3-color deck. I'd switch it with Inferno, and maybe Breath of Darigaaz effects to clear tokens.
Looks like a good deck you have going here. Hope my advice helps some.
(BTW, my banner is a joke, I have no idea what my DCI rating would be so take my advice with salt.)
