After playing my Sek'kuar deck for a while, I've realized that Sek'kuar just isn't the best general for the deck. Most of my sacrifical fodder are tokens and so negate his abilities, and for 5 mana he just doesn't have enough of an impact as I'd like from the general in a deck with such aggressive colors. So I've decided to switch my general back to Kresh, who was the original general for the deck anyway. Most of the deck was fine with either general, but I've made a few changes that fit better with Kresh.
So, what is the focus of the deck mainly? Or how do you like to play it? Cause if your going the token route, I can give you a few suggestions, but it looks as if you have a token theme with sac and reanimator effects also. I run a pure token theme that doesn't rely on saccing or reanimation, so I can't really give many suggestions except for a few.
Also, if you have a crap load of tokens out Breath of Fury is pretty much game over, just because you can usually take about 10+ attack phases. There's also a neat combo with Kiki that lets you take infinite combat phases because Breath untaps ALL your creautres allowing you make a token to attack with forever, basically.
The deck is mainly focused on tokens and sacrificing to maximizes the pump I can get out of Kresh. There's also a lesser focus on reanimation, since that's the natural next step from a lot of creatures hitting the graveyard. Basically, I can win in a couple ways. First, I can smash my opponents with huge creatures, especially Vulturous Zombie and Kresh himself. Second, I can overwhelm them with an army of tokens and Savage Beating. Finally, I can go for the semi-combo-kill with Xathrid Demon and Vicious Shadows. Or really any combination of the above.
I don't really like the equipment, since more often than not I'll be winning with tokens and the equipment doesn't help with that plan. As for haste, I have in Madrush Cyclops there just for that reason. Brawn looks pretty sweet, though. What should I take out for it?
Homura, Human Ascendant buffs tokens and gives them evasion. The Muse seems a bit weak, but its nice that you can turn it off when you want to. Might consider cutting it if it was my deck. The Chanelhord Wurm is too gorram amazing to even consider cutting. It's won me more games than I can remember. Seedborn muse doesn't seem to help you all that much, but maybe thats just my opinion. Grave Pact rarely seems to do enough on its own, and you seem to be missing a signet (i am too atm). how often do you come out ahead on warp world in edh, I'm curious.
I'd say don't give up on sekkuar. I had a deck around him, because of the combo of him + phyrexian altar, + nether traitor to gain infinite mana, and lots of mass destruction like wildfire, obliterate, and johkalhaups. However, I like you switched to kresh, my deck was like big guys, such as dread, vigor, darksteel collossus, and ways to search him out such as lurking predators, tooth and nail, and defense of the heart. I also ran obliterate; my favorite search target with lliliana vess, blow up the world, then jack everyone's creatures. I'd recommend all of these cards, (including the sek'kuar combo).
Frankly my posted list is highly outdated, and my irl deck is actually incomplete atm since I scavenged some of it for other decks. Once I get around to remaking it, I'll update my list here.
Edit: Also, Graveborn Muse is very solid. I run enough zombies it typically draws me at least 2 cards a turn. As for Warp World, I run enough EtB token makers that I generally come out ahead off it more often than not. The last game I played with my deck I ended winning against 5 players by Warping multiple times by flipping up token makers, plenty of lands, and Eternal Witness. I finished off the game with a massive army of creatures, Stalking Vengeance, and a sac-outlet.
Plague Wind would be cool with your general. It is kind of costly but that shouldn't be a problem. But after you play that you might want to make sure your general is indistructible and shrouded. So Lightning Greaves for sure. Then maybe Shield of Kaldra if you want. Or something along those lines.

There are a few cards that will be going in here that I don't have yet:
Changes:
-1 Tukatongue Thallid, +1 Ambition's Cost
For ridiculous card draw, I suggest Slate of Ancestry.

I also have a love for the synergy between Mana Reflection and Sol Ring among other cards.
Speaking of mana, your missing a Gaea's Cradle. Seriously get one, because it makes any deck that runs alot of creautures that much better.
Doubling Season is always fun.
I've also found out that I'd rather have a land than a mana artifact, so I run Kodama's Reach, Reap and Sow, which helps me find my cradle, and Yavimaya Elder.
Otherwise, it looks pretty good!
:symu::symr::symg: Maelstrom Wanderer
My Kresh build ran a bit more reanimation such as Phyrexian Reclamation.
Spike Weaver has gotten me out of more tight corners than I can remember.
Woodfall Primus
I would recomend at least one of the good trample enablers:
