I always get tired of waiting on the other Winner is Judge games (i still play, they are my favorite, i would just like to have a new one to make less waiting) so i'm starting a third one. The rules are a TAD different.
1. The first 10 submissions are looked at, everything after the 10th will not be counted (this helps speed things along). THERE IS NO TIME LIMIT, this might only last 10 minutes...or 3 days. it just depends.
2. If you are chosen the winner, you are the next judge and get to choose the next thing to make.
3. I don't personally care about wording, as long i understand what the card does, I"M ok with it. they doesn't mean everyone will be, but lets try to be leniant.
4. JUDGING Originality X/10...New concept or new spin off an old concept Balance X/10...is it TOO powerfull (moxen) or UNDERpowered (vizzledrix). Flavor X/5...Does the ability fit the name, does the flavor text fit the ability AND name. TOTAL X/25

Underpowered? Destroy any attacking 1/1 creature, then deal 2 damage to a player? For only 2 mana? Its well balanced if you ask me.
Actually it's totally broken. As long as a creature is attacking you, this is still infinite damage. The "Sacrifice if this ability is used" is part of the effect, not the cost, so you can just stack this ability infinitely.
Example:
1. Creature attacks you
2. Untap to deal 1 damage to it.
3. In response (before the effect resolves, and the damage is dealt), tap to deal 2 damage to target player.
4. In response (before the effect resolves, and the artifact is sacrificed, or the damage dealt), untap to deal 1 damage to the creature.
5. Repeat for infinity.
6. Resolve the stack. Each item resolves. The creature takes a bajillion damage and your opponent takes two bajillion damage. Oh, and you sac the artifact. You win.

Sorcery
As an additional cost to cast Volcanic Fury sacrifice X lands you control.
Destroy X lands and put into the battlefield X 2/1 red elemental creature tokens with haste. "In the final days the land wil crack and fiery fiends will rise to bring war to all."
Awesome: This can be a game winning move as early as you play it - destroy 5 lands and put 10 power of creatures on the board with haste. Your opponent more than likely can't handle them on his or her next turn, as you've destroyed all his or her lands... So I'd say it's really awesome, splashy, fun, etc. 5/5 Balance/Mechanics: The templating is off. It should be "Put X 2/1 red Elemental creature tokens with haste onto the battlefield." But that's nitpicky. Against counterspells, this is risky. Otherwise, I almost think it might overpowered. It's hard to say. If it's not OP, it definitely pushes the envelope, as blowing up multiple lands *and* getting multiple dudes is obviously ridiculously strong. 3/5 Innovation: I like this idea a lot. 5/5 Flavor: The flavor text is spot on and the name reflects the effect of the card. 5/5

Awesome: I don't really like Defend, and don't think I would put this card in a deck for that side. The other side, Charge, is pretty good. Since it's dependent on your opponent's side of the field, I think it's fair, but potentially powerful. 3/5 Balance/Mechanics: No problems here. 5/5 Innovation: Nothing really to write home about. Both effects seem typical for their colors, although this precise combination hasn't been done in a split card, at least AFAIK. 3/5 Flavor: The cards are kind of bland by themselves, and have a generic feel to them. "Defend and Charge" isn't a phrase that people say, so it kind of spoils the two-word wordplay with split cards (Assault and Battery, etc.) 2/5

Awesome: two mana for two 3/3s is definitely awesome, even if it's conditional. The sacrifice effect is pretty harsh, but considering the low mana cost, probably appropriate. 4/5 Balance/Mechanics: The low mana cost makes me skeptical about this card, but I think the sac clause and the condition make it fair. However, the effect feels green to me, like Rogue Elephant and its ilk. Sure, red puts creature tokens into play too, but 3/3 beasts? That's very green. The closest I can find in red is Tooth and Claw. 3/5 Innovation: Definitely a neat idea, especially with th "They block this turn if able" clause. 5/5 Flavor: Cosmic beasts? Beasts from the cosmos? Ok, I can see where the "Avengers" part comes from. 4/5

All green creatures you control have trample until end of turn. Fear is a rare beast in the jungles of Naya. But when it strikes... devastation is immanent.
Awesome: Putting multiple creature tokens into play is definitely fun, this card makes me want to combo it with Doubling Season, and massive mana generation. 5/5 Balace/Mechanics: Comparing to Supply, I think this card is more than fair. Sure, it's one less mana, instant speed, and mono-colored, but the "only green mana" clause makes the cost rather prohibitive. And unless those Saprolings have haste *and* some kind of pump, the trample isn't going to do them any good. If anything, it's underpowered, but I don't penalize cards for being underpowered, so no problems there. I will ding you on the templating though. It should be:
"Spend only green mana on X. (See Drain Life)
Put X 1/1 green Saproling creature tokens onto the battlefield.(See Supply) All Green creatures you control gain trample until end of turn. (See Overrun)" So the score here is 4/5 Innovation: Interesting spin on token generation, not too far off the beaten path for green, but cool nonetheless. 4/5 Flavor: The flavor text is weird... I like the name of the card, tho. 4/5

Put 3 1/1 white bird tokens onto the battlefield. Play this only during your opponents combat phase. Until end of turn, birds you control are indestructable. The small birds stopped an army. Then continued their beautiful song.
Awesome: A one-mana-more Spectral Procession that comes with Split Second and the indestructible clause. The limitation of when you play this is pretty much moot, since the birds will be indestructible anyway. 5/5 Balance/Mechanics: Actually, I think this is too strong, especially with the Split Second. The limitation of when you play this isn't really a limitation, in 99% of situations. You play this during their combat step, get some indestructible blockers, then on your turn you have 3 more guys to swing with. Coupled with Honor the Pure, this is like a White Ball Lightning. Plus, the templating is wrong, but this is nitpicky - "your opponent's combat phase" Should be "an opponent's combat phase." Multiplayer exists and stuff. 2/5 Flavor: Why do BIRDS not have FLYING? 2/5 Innovation: This is an interesting concept, with some tinkering I could see it working. 4/5

Remember those dual spells way back in invasion I made one :D. If you don't know how these work try finding the rules for Wax // Wane. If I could make the actual card it would be way clearer So I put the summary as the name then put both of the spells underneath.
And we Still post our spoilers right? PM me if I'm wrong.
If some how I win:
Make a tri colored spell (any type) that does not belong to a shard (color wise) but has good synergy with all of its colors.

Play Cosmic Avengers only if a creature is attacking you.
As an additional cost to play Cosmic Avengers, sacrifice two lands.
Put two 3/3 red Beast creature tokens onto the battlefield. They block this turn if able.
I'll close the round as soon as there are +/-8 entries, or tomorrow, whichever is first.

War of the Betrayed
You win.

Volcanic Fury :2mana::symr::symr::symr:
Balance/Mechanics: The templating is off. 3/5
Innovation: I like this idea a lot. 5/5
Flavor: The flavor text is spot on and the name reflects the effect of the card. 5/5

Charge :3mana::symr:
Sorcery
Put X 3/1 Elemental Creature Tokens onto the battlefield with haste where X is the number of creatures target opponent controls.
Awesome: I don't really like Defend, and don't think I would put this card in a deck for that side. The other side, Charge, is pretty good. Since it's dependent on your opponent's side of the field, I think it's fair, but potentially powerful. 3/5
Balance/Mechanics: No problems here. 5/5
Innovation: Nothing really to write home about. Both effects seem typical for their colors, although this precise combination hasn't been done in a split card, at least AFAIK. 3/5
Flavor: The cards are kind of bland by themselves, and have a generic feel to them. "Defend and Charge" isn't a phrase that people say, so it kind of spoils the two-word wordplay with split cards (Assault and Battery, etc.) 2/5

Cosmic Avengers :symr::symr:
Instant
Play Cosmic Avengers only if a creature is attacking you.
As an additional cost to play Cosmic Avengers, sacrifice two lands.
Put two 3/3 red Beast creature tokens onto the battlefield. They block this turn if able.
Awesome: two mana for two 3/3s is definitely awesome, even if it's conditional. The sacrifice effect is pretty harsh, but considering the low mana cost, probably appropriate. 4/5
Balance/Mechanics: The low mana cost makes me skeptical about this card, but I think the sac clause and the condition make it fair. However, the effect feels green to me, like Rogue Elephant and its ilk. Sure, red puts creature tokens into play too, but 3/3 beasts? That's very green. The closest I can find in red is Tooth and Claw. 3/5
Innovation: Definitely a neat idea, especially with th "They block this turn if able" clause. 5/5
Flavor: Cosmic beasts? Beasts from the cosmos? Ok, I can see where the "Avengers" part comes from. 4/5

Pay with only green mana.
Put X green 1/1 saproling creatures into play.
Balace/Mechanics: Comparing to Supply, I think this card is more than fair.
(See Drain Life)
Put X 1/1 green Saproling creature tokens onto the battlefield. (See Supply)
AllGreen creatures you control gain trample until end of turn. (See Overrun)"So the score here is 4/5
Innovation: Interesting spin on token generation, not too far off the beaten path for green, but cool nonetheless. 4/5
Flavor: The flavor text is weird... I like the name of the card, tho. 4/5

Split Second
Put 3 1/1 white bird tokens onto the battlefield. Play this only during your opponents combat phase. Until end of turn, birds you control are indestructable.
The small birds stopped an army. Then continued their beautiful song.
Awesome: A one-mana-more Spectral Procession that comes with Split Second and the indestructible clause. The limitation of when you play this is pretty much moot, since the birds will be indestructible anyway. 5/5
Balance/Mechanics: Actually, I think this is too strong, especially with the Split Second. 2/5
Flavor: Why do BIRDS not have FLYING? 2/5
Innovation: This is an interesting concept, with some tinkering I could see it working. 4/5
