At least that I can glean from it with my basic knowledge of Russian. There's no "basic" clause in the last part of the third line, IMO.

If that's its rules text, the effect is certainly interesting, but it seems a bit fragile. A 0/4 doing that would be much better but then again it could have not been a creature in the first place.
I say it's a mid-ground card. Perhaps a staple in the right deck, perhaps a permanent dweller of the trade binder.
(all things considered, I'd rather open a fetchland )

My basic russian agrees with the previous posters. Intersesting card, actually giving you a way to play multiple land a turn (by flipping the top card of your library) rather than just giving you the ability to play an additional land (exploration-style).
Looking at the English card the way the last effect is worded seems to play around the first effect on the card. It sounds like if the top card of your library is a land you may play it even if you already played 2 this turn. Read the card, doesn't it seem like this?

What it means is that you get one additional land drop, and that if the (revealed) top card of your library is a land card, you can use it towards one of those land drops.
Hmmm, honestly this card feels a little bulky. I don't need to know what the top card is and I'm not sure if the 3rd line actually helps me if I can still only play 2 lands per turn. If it gets around that, that's pretty darn cool then, if not, it's a waste of a line IMO.

It isn't worded like that though. And the last effect basically says "if the top card is a land, play it". This seems to overrule the first effect. I'm just saying... I know it doesn't work like that.
Dude's a little pricey, but in a mid-range/ramp deck, he could be very useful. Then again if most of your spells put the land into play, rather than in your hand, he could just be a dead card. Hard to gauge his value right now.

Um, nope, if it would say "you may put it into play" it would be a workaround. As it stands, you must adhere to the rules that only allow to play you two lands per turn (with the first line).
The trick here is the word "play". You must adhere to whatever rules about playing lands are in place (including that it has to be done in your main phases, with the stack empty, and the amount allowed per turn)

This seems ok. Maybe not in constructed but at least its solid in limited. Get it down on the board, and you get to put any lands you would be drawing into play, and then draw more gas next turn instead of that land? seems ...not bad.

second the ruling.
Also IMO great(Edit first pick-able) in draft, bad in standard/ all constructed formats. 2 bad 1 less mana and he would be somewhere between great and broken, isn't it amazing what 1 will do.

Wizards is really pushing the Landfall mech. Bu looks nice to me. Nothign like dropping 2 fetch lands with the Geopeded out, then fetch 2, sac one off to Knight of the relequiy for a terramophic for another land, to have the super sized bug.

For the record, this card is better than alright. I actually think this is going to be one of the sleeper hits and I'm going to buy as many as I can because someone is going to break this card. A nice draw engine and this thing is pretty sick. You can get this guy out on turn 3 EASILY. Letting you hit another land and play a Noble Hierarch or something of the sort.
This is way better than you guys are thinking, trust me.

I guess it is an elf so it has a chance, but junk rare in my opinion, a shame.
Someone on Facebook was saying something about a 6/6 token as well.

Actually, it is just "BIB" - from the word "biblioteki" - e.g. library. The guy who is speaking of a 6/6 token is just tossing BS around.
Nice card, definitely.

In a land-based block, you gotta have your rare that allows you to play multiple lands! it would be treason to not have 1!
