This is my first online deck posting here, and the first deck I've actually seriously built using cards I don't have and most likely never will, so please give as much advice as possible.
The premise is to be a stupid STAX deck with lots of dumb combo built into it (Guile/Dovescape combo and Tunnel Vision combo) that delays for long amounts of time using mana denial and a few counters to hold the opponent while I wait for a kill condition.
I have plenty of other EDH decks designed for multiplayer games, but this one is specifically designed with 1v1 in mind, so keep that in mind if you suggest something. Other than that please give whatever advice you think is appropriate.
Apart from those, I would want to fit in more card draw, and probably a few more tutors. Currently the build seems quite luck-reliant.

The Sage is occupied with the unspoken
and acts without effort.
Teaching without verbosity,
producing without possessing,
creating without regard to result,
claiming nothing,
the Sage has nothing to lose.
Thanks for the suggestions, I'll definitely work with them.
I don't like the Rishadan cards, though. They're very situational, and seem like bad LD that the opponent can pay mana to avoid. Plus, there's enough lock in here that blowing up a single land doesn't do much.
EDIT: Also, about the Null Rod, I only have four artifacts in here that have activated abilities: Icy, Top, and the two lands. So is that REALLY worth dropping?
EDIT2:
- Swords to Plowshares (single creatures NEVER are a problem for this deck)
- Rite of Replication
You should definitely drop Null Rod because of how much more artifact mana you should be running. Remember, you want the Armageddon/Ravages of War effects to be asymmetrical.
Crucible of Worlds is better in this deck than pretty much any other EDH deck and there is literally no valid argument against it. Memory Jar should be in most EDH decks and this is no exception. Clock of Omens is plenty fine with artifact mana to help you ramp something out and it has good synergy with Winter Orb and Static Orb
Turn 2 or 3 Blood Moon is bad news. If they drop it any time on this mana base with lack of fixers you are done. I know this because I have had it happen to me, and I had no response, but to take a beating and like it. I think your mana base needs a lil help and some mana fixers like stated above. Scroll Rack and Mind's eye are nice draw cards. I like the idea, even though I am not much for locking the tables and broken combos.

Sol Ring, Mana Crypt, Mana Vault, Mind Stone, Coalition Relic, Worn Powerstone, Gilded Lotus, Grim Monolith and many others make good additions to many EDH decks and specifically this General, which you want out turns 2 and 3. The more artifact mana, the better.
Jace Beleren, Elspeth, Knight-Errant, and Tezzeret the Seeker are fantastic in this deck, especially before an Armageddon.
As far as lands go you probably need these: Dust Bowl, Ancient Tomb, Rishadan Port, Tolarian Academy(especially after you add all the needed artifact mana).
This is all I have time to suggest for now, but hopefully it helps.
Pauper Cube
I cube, I play EDH, and I can't afford Legacy. The other formats can suck it.
