Desperate to try something original, I was browsing the EDH deck database for unused generals. Turns out that Nemata, Grove Guardian is pretty much the only semi-build-aroundable general that no one has tried yet. So here goes!
I suppose my main concern is the land. I feel bad running so many basics in EDH, but I honestly can't find any nonbasics I want to (and can) run. Thoughts?
My only real suggestion would be maybe Night Soil - saprolings *and* (slightly awkward) graveyard hosing? Where do I sign up?
I just took it off, actually, when I noticed it read 'creature card'. yes, it hoses some things (like my friend's Horde of Notions deck) but it's so...clumsy.
Anyway, I tested the deck some. It suffers from the obvious mono-G problem of having no way of stopping anyone doing anything. I think I might even run Vines and Avoid Fate eventually. But other than that, it can pull off some crazy plays on a reasonably consistent basis, generally involving stupid amounts of mana>stupid amounts of saprolings>pump spell.
Life and Limb seems VERY risky to run with all the mass creature removal in the format. I'd take that out definitely.
Rampant Growth, and even Sakura-Tribe Elder don't do enough for me. I like spells that give you more than 1 for 1 (like Kodama's Reach, Explosive Vegetation, etc.). Might I suggest running Sylvan Scrying to fetch your Gaea's Cradle... even though it's not card advantage, it can grab you a very crucial card in your deck... also Expedition Map does the same thing. There's no reason you can't run Crucible of Worlds and Strip Mine, unless you don't like playing that way.
With all the mana you have, I'd suggest getting a Planar Portal in there. It'll provide you with the best card for every situation, EVERY TURN!
I'm sure you're already looking to turn your Recollect into a Regrowth.
The Monument is good in token decks, but don't forget about the Akroma's Memorial... I'd probably take out Overwhelm for it as that card is VERY underwhelming (without Trample). Verdant Embrace seems very sub par you don't have any opponent shroud creatures like Troll Ascetic so that would be a good card to make into Coat of Arms.

I'd even suggest running Thran Dynamo and Gilded Lotus. I'm not a big fan of Doubling Cube because it's AWFUL in the early game. Oh, and Worn Powerstone can help you get Nemata out on turn 4!

Seal of Primordium and Naturalize don't do enough for me. I think you'd only need them if there's a lot of Arcum Dagsson Prison decks. I'd suggest the following:
