EDH/Commander is a social format, right? So why don't people use their social skills to discuss what they like and don't like, instead of adopting a list with 60+ banned cards?
argh, I wish I could see the art more clearly. I love alt art.

Started playing since Invasion, stopped at Scourge. Returned briefly during BoK's introduction of ninjas. Finally back into magic during Shadowmoor/Eventide.
Currently Running Bant Control and a homebrew Blightning Echoes for Type 2.
The art looks decent from the current quality of the pic. I still like Pete Venters's art of the original Survival of the Fittest since I feel it does a better job capturing the flavor of the card.
Yes, but the reserve list is in place to govern a card being reprinted. Being released as a judge foil isn't the same. You can't play it in Standard because it was released as a judge foil; it's only legal in the formats that the Exodus version is legal for.

And I think specifically, cards on the reserved list can't be reprinted to be SOLD (as in FTV, the Sliver deck, or simply in regular sets).
If a card is on the list, but is either not being reprinted (like the Zendikar treasures) or is being given out somehow (like as a promo) then it's okay.
EDIT: also, it's hard to tell exactly from the picture, but the card looks REALLY cool. A cool choice, too
you should read the pages you link to: Special-Purpose Reprints
All policies described in this document apply only to non-premium, tournament-legal Magic cards. Wizards of the Coast has and may continue to print special versions of cards not meant for regular game play, such as oversized cards.

This is the answer I've been waiting for.
so there's a chance we'll get promos: Morphling, Force of Will, Wheel of fortune, and "The real dual lands!" in the new card frame.
yipeee!:D
nice choice for judge foils. and judge foils have printed the likes of demonic tutor so i dont know how some people get still surprised with this.
ok so at least i dont have to buy the test foil from the exodus version. now if they can just foil city of traitors and ancient tomb and ill be a very happy stompy player.
(M:tG) It's a hobby which costs money. You can't play golf without the right clubs and a membership for the golf court, you can't play paintball with a cardboard armor and a sling, you can't go to the movies without paying for a ticket and you can't play Magic without owning the cards. Simple as that.
That's a really cool picture. Alas, this will probably make the value of normal Survivals go down...they weren't really worth that much these days, just hard to find (if you don't want to buy from a dealer, that is)
Straight from Morgan Chang's (coolio on MTGS) cell phone camera to MTGS, here it is:
