Take out the grul specter up both hyp and sedrx to 4 take out vicera dragger to make room for the specters and take out rotting rats for Madrush Cyclops which makes your specters quite painful

Except that includes adding a whole other color... Not worth it.
I may switch out the Guul Draz for the Sedraxis / Hypnotic, but I am keeping the Viscera until I can come into some more Specters. Atleast I can cycle/unearth the Draggers.

Okay my deck is looking alot better, and once I get some Sedraxis and Hyppies in this thing it will be better. But how do I need to side board against anti-fog now?
I am looking at 4 Megrims switch with 4 Hellsparks, 4 Duress switch with 4 Viscera, 4 Burning Inquiry switch with 4 Terminate, and 2 Scepters switch with 2 LB. I want to keep 2 of the LB's for that last ditch damage to kill the person.

have you considered the burning inquiry/drastic revelation approach? there have been some successful decks that used those as their draw engine, since you don't generally care if they go to the grave or not.
I have Burning Inquiry in my side board, but I have yet to look at Drastic Revelation. I might swap out my planeswalkers for that card and do some testing.

Unstable Footing is the key card against Fog. Amazing vs. control and protection dudes, too. But against Fog it allows your combat damage and often 5 more to boot.
Earthquake's a great SB card for this deck against aggro. Preserves your fliers and destroys the worst of the ground pounders. And deals player damage.
I'd side Burst Lightning over Burning Inquiry. Better v. aggro (maybe side for Blightning) and control (Jace + Cruel? Terminate?)
I usually, don't have a problem with fog, because I just make them start playing top deck and then they can't do anything. The Burst Lightning sounds interesting enough, but I can't drop Burning inquiry from my side board. The idea is that I bring in 4 Megrim, 4 Burning Inquiry, and 4 Duress, and remove twelve other cards from my deck, almost creating a new deck for them to fight. For a Fog or Control deck, I may even take out Terminates and Lightning Bolts for some of my other cards.
