So far the deck has run very well. I'm thinking of revising it a little (to play off the discard and madness/flashback effects represented.) It may turn into a dredge deck, which I would like to avoid.
too less creatures, too many other spells. Why the heck is there one random Sensei's Divining Top?
Overcentralized card is overcentralized?
The lack of creatures comes from me considering Liliana, Garruk, and Beast Attack as creatures, and my undeniable urge to put in cards like Harrow, Putrefy, Rancor, etc...
Like I said, it needs work. Any suggestions?

I have Deckbuilder's ADD.
Main issue I see is that Kalonian Behemoth < Plated Slagwurm in terms of versatility, after all w/ Rancor, Slagwurm is a 10/8 Trample and one-sided Shroud. Which is hard to deal with.
I dislike Scute Mob because my Playgroup is fond of burn and removal, and Scute Mob kinda weak with those nearby.
Spearbreaker is great, but I see a 5/5 for 7 as a little on the weak side in this case alone.
Terra Stomper though, ohhhhhh man. I forgot about him. Good catch.
Ravenous Baloth would definitely be an auto-in if I had more than one.

If this were me, I would turn this into some midrange "rock" hybrid. The basic premise is to keep control of the game through mass removal(Crime/Punishment), discard(Duress), and some fattie finishers(Spiritmonger).
Oh, cool. The basic strategy of BG Rock is to wreck the place with superior removal while you win with superior creatures. So I've built two decks, one (loosely) using this strategy and one going down the madness path you said you liked.
Putrid Leech: Early beater, gives you some powerful board presence early game.
Ravenous Baloth: Efficient creature whose lifegain can be a real boon when messing around with guys like Putrid Leech.
Shriekmaw: Among the best removal spells on legs.
Deity of Scars: Cheap, big, and hard to deal with. Perfect for this sort of deck.
Skeletal Vampire: A holdover from your list. He's a great late-game finisher and is hard to deal with.
Rampaging Baloths: Another card I wanted to keep from your list, he vulnerable but gets ridiculous fast and has great synergy with the other Baloth.
Plated Slagwurm: Yet another card from your deck. Spiritmonger is a stronger alternative if you're able to find some.
Rancor: Helps guys get through, is awesome, etc.
Blackmail: My personal favorite discard spell, Duress is an excellent alternative.
Doom Blade: Removal is important in a deck like this, and Doom Blade is good at what it does.
Putrefy: One of the best removal spells around.
Harmonize: Hand refill is good.
Garruk and Lilly: Why not?
I don't actually have much experience with madness decks, here's hoping I make something worthwhile!
Basking Rootwalla: Free creatures are good.
Wild Mongrel: Bestest green discard outlet evar.
Rotting Rats: Triggers madness, puts pressure on the opponent, and comes back for more. Not bad.
Urborg Syphon-Mage: There are better discard outlets out there, but I think he's cute.
Arrogant Wurm: One of the best green Madness creatures out there.
Ravenous Baloth - Skeletal Vampire: They could all be cut, but splashy one-ofs are what make casual Magic fun.
Plated Slagwurm: I kept it in because I love it.
Other options: Dark Withering - I prefer Ichor Slick, but this card could work with enough discard outlets. Oona's Prowler - Efficient creature, also a discard outlet. Putrid Imp - Great discard outlet, nice threshold effect Delerium Skeins - This + Rise From the Grave to steal opponents stuff while triggering Madness? Crazy talk. Vigor Mortis - I love this card. Big Game Hunter - Not bad, basically a removal spell. Grave Scrabbler - Seems great if you can pay his madness cost, but I couldn't find room for him in the deck.
I hope something here caught your eye, it was a little tough as your original deck is so varied.

You've got the right idea. What I'm thinking is madness and recursion as methods of getting my fatties out, and abusing the hell outta Liliana and Garruk. Vigor Mortis is definitely going in when I get a chance.

Spiritmonger sounds fun...if I can afford him, which I should eventually be able to. Rock isn't quite what I'm looking for, but there are some things I'm certainly interested in that it's got.
well, in that case their definately needs to be more consistency. And lets just make it mono-green for the sake of simplicity.
When you said "mono-green" I stopped listening. Seriously, the deck was meant to be Black/Green. Not Green/Green. While your decklist is very consistent, it's not what I'm looking for.
B/G through and through, and anything else will be ignored.
It's still pretty inconsistent, lots of one and two of's.
Drop enslave. Your spells kill their creatures, your creatures are just bigger and run over their creatures. No reason to spend 6 mana to steal it, when you could Doom Blade it 4 turns earlier.
What about cheap reanimation? Check the reanimator primer for ideas, but things like Putrid Imp turn one, discard Plated Slagwurm, turn two, Animate Dead on it, turn 3, rancor and attack for 10/8 trample with troll-shroud on turn 3. I'm sure there's better reanimators, but I don't typically play those kinds of decks so I don't know off the top of my head.
(if you click on animate dead, read the printed card text, i think the updated oracle card text makes it ridiculously confusing)

Doom Blade isn't quite as good as Putrefy, and Enslave saves me some time and deals that extra damage as a nice bonus. I prefer it to killing their creature if only for the occasional hardcasted Hellkite Overlord that doesn't swing outta fear of my 10/8 Slagwurm. Swinging for 18+ is always nice, especially if they're last blocker was what I just stole. I dunno. I never really loved Doom Blade too much. I'd prefer to run Chill to the Bone or Eyeblight's Ending, if only for the useability (My playgroup loves black right now.)
As for Animate Dead, I've always hated the oracle for that guy, would be easier if it was "As ~ enters the battlefield, return target creature from a graveyard to play and attach ~ to it. When ~ leaves the battlefield, sacrifice that creature. / Enchanted creature gets -1/-0."
As well, I don't like losing that 1 power. I think with the ramping I'm currently running, I could easily afford cards like Vigor Mortis and Dread Return.

Well, I was just suggesting Doom Blade as an alternative, and it's much cheaper to cast. I still feel any hard removal is a better option than Enslave, as it's better to outright kill the creature. Sure, sometimes you'll steal it and win the game with it, sometimes you won't, and sometimes they'll destroy your enchantment at instant speed and they'll block with their creature they just got back, and then kill your creature with it.

Well I think Enslave may work best as a one-of here anyway. I think I'm gonna keep it and throw in some more removal perhaps?
