For this deck with Sivitri Scarzam as General I'm solely relying on her flavortext as the source for the deck. Sivitri is unremarkable in any way. Neither mana cost, creature type, abilities or p/t are good at all. But she apparently had a knack for taming Dragons. So this is her deck, with tamed Dragons and ways to let them fight for her!
I built a Ramierez De Pietro Pirate themed deck a while back that was hilarious. I would play and island and narrate a story with every card I played hahah It was sooo fun. It lost horribly to any tuned deck but it was fun to be goofy.

Not sure if your other dudes should be competing with Sivitri's dragon-taming abilities, but the Serendib Sorcerer does just that.
And that's the only reason I would ever suggest him over the infinitely cooler Sorceress Queen but I'm sure I don't need to tell you that
