I'm not really sure how to put everything together, and I'm definitely not sure on how exactly I want to approach the ramp aspect (KHE/Harrow focus, LC focus, or both?). I'll get some actual decklists posted in a bit here.
There are two types of people in this world: people who think that countermagic is the most powerful effect in the game and people who aren't morons.
My color is Purple. I value diversity, smashed color pies and obsolete Inquest articles. At my best, I can redefine MTG in a new and wonderful way. At my worst, I can end up as an Unhinged joke. My symbol is not defined. My enemies are 5 old and bureaucratic angry colors.
This is the first thing that came to my mind with this new Jace as spoiled as well. I don't like Jwar Sphinx here because you can easily pack negates, vines, mindbreak traps, and whatever other counters WWK gives us to protect creatures. Man I was just thinking one thing that would totally push this deck overboard was a printing of some creature or enchantment similar to Kira, Great Glass Spinner.
I do like you card choices, I think Scute Mob fits into this deck pretty well as well. I have a serious aversion to the Khalni expedition. It seems win-more to me in a ramp deck because the earliest the thing is going to come online is turn 5 if you don't miss a land drop (which may mean you are already flooded.
I did see someone mention in the Jace thread that Djinn of Wishes combos pretty well with Brainstorm (also with ponder). He requires quite a bit of mana to really make sense in a deck, which is supposedly what this deck does well. If he were playable, he could basically serve as a way to flash creatures in, either in response to removal or at opponent's EOT.

Yeah, the Sphinx is totally debatable. He is, however, a 5/5 flier that doesn't require me to do anything except play him. This deck almost suffers from having too many options.

Scute is not a bad card at all in this deck, and I can't believe I forgot to put him on the list. I'll fix that. The other part about the KHE is that it triggers off of both fetches and Harrow (live by turn 3). It was the main card I was considering cutting, but I like the RB's a lot because of stuff like Great Sable Stag.

DoW is also going on the list. He was in the original deck but I cut him because I didn't have enough deck arrangement. I would heavily consider shifting the deck around to a control version if I thought it was necessary, but I'm not sure it can deal with Jund yet.

Lots of choices, not sure where to start. Alternative counters is probably a major part, along with Into the Roil and Naturalize.
