Hi all, first time posting here so I hope this in the right place. Anyway I built this deck on a random idea with all of the new discard cards in the set. At the moment I'm looking to improve it since it has been very successful when it works, but the trouble is that it doesn't work quite as often as it should.
I'm mainly looking for something that can be very good in my casual playgroup and do well at the occasional FNM.
I've been thinking of taking out the Sanguine Bond in place of something else but I'm not sure what. Also I would like some help with my sideboard since I'm terrible at building them.
Any help will be appreciated and constructive criticism are welcome, thanks.:)

i would recomend taking out 2 sanguine bonds and 1 burning inquiry and putting in 3 Hypnotic specters
i would also take out the veinfires and put in more basics (prob 2 mountain and 2 swamp) or if able put in 4 dragonskull summit
Yeah the bonds had more importance when the deck was first thought of now they are a really low working win condition. The Hypies are a good idea I just don't have any at the moment but they are relatively easy to get.
The Dragonskull Summits, would be great and fit well in there, I just have a problem spending that much on 4 land and the cheapest I can get them are about $10 each.:o

You have Lacerator, who's super aggressive, and naught else for aggro. Just use the discard as disruption, kill with your creatures. Then you could do:
Notice how everything triggers Bloodchief except itself. In the original build, you have things that are useless without other pieces. (Bloodchief + Megrim + Burning Inquiry)
Interesting goldenj, you might be right in the fact that I am trying to force something that isn't there in the cards. I might have to take you up on your idea since I think I have most of the cards suggested, besides the Summits.
Does anybody have any suggestions on sideboard advice. The usual meta at my local FNM is usually Jund and WW with a few people playing spread'em.
Also if anyone else has any other suggestions that might be helpful please post them.
Edited part:
Okay based on the suggestions of goldenj and from the cards that I have readily available this is what I came up with:
Generally I would say drop the Hideous Ends and go with terminate, but since you know your meta it's really up to you. Hideous End is more of a side board card imo.
If it were me I'd run 3 lacerators and one more bloodwitch, but that's just me. I used a zen vamps deck for a while and it did really well with three bloodwitches It's all up to you though.
Terminate is going to be a lot more useful against Jund than Hideous End. You could side in Hideous End once you know you're not up against Jund (or if you really know what players at your meta run, determine before presenting your deck at the start of the tournament which is the better gamble).
Some of those are probably better than Feast of Blood, since they don't require vampires in play. Even with playing a whole slew of vampires, you won't always have 2 in play, and limited removal is probably better than removal you can't play. This should probably be disfigure, since you can play it very early, and against black creatures.
From testing with my friends against an okay U/G landfall control deck and a very good U/B zombie mill deck I ended up going 4-0. Most of the time I was winning or a turn away from winning by turn 5. The only rough spot is that in the second game against the zombie mill deck I was traumatized on turn five which slowed my deck down but didn't stop it.
Looking at my deck list the only real change is the Vampire Nocturnus and the new side board. From some other things I have noticed from this thread I realize that Terminate is a very good card, the only problem is that I only have one of them.
To end this post before it gets to long, more suggestions are welcome but I have a feeling that it will get little response other than to wait for some of the cards of Worldwake which I plan to do to replace Feast of Blood. If you have been keeping up with the spoilers then you should know what cards I'm talking about.
Anyway, thanks for all the posts.:cool2:

I'm not really a fan of Vampire Lacerator. In games against him, he frequently helps me win. As a first-turn play, he will nearly always cost you life. There aren't a lot of other great T1 plays though. Soul Stair Expedition, Quest for the Gravelord, Duress, Executioner's Capsule, and Disfigure are all non-creatures.
