Haven't seen those, so let the spoiling begin!
-------------------------------------------
Kazuul, Tyrant of the Cliffs 3RR
Legendary Creature — Ogre Warrior (Rare)
Whenever a creature under an opponent's control attacks, if you are a defending player, put a 3/3 red Orge creature token onto the battlefield unless a player controlling that creature pays 3.
Equipped creature has "T, unattach ~: ~ deals 1 damage to target creature or player. Return ~ to its owner's hand".
Equip 2
-------------------------------------------
Quest for Renewal 1G
Enchantment (Uncommon)
Whenever a creature under your control taps, you may put a quest counter on ~.
As long as ~ has four or more quest counters on it, untap all creatures you control during each other player's untap step.
-------------------------------------------
Book Eaters 2B
Creature — Rat (Uncommon)
T: exile the top card of target player's library. If it's a land card, you gain 1 life.
Landfall — Whenever a land enters the battlefield under your control, you may untap ~.
Wow, razor boomerang is way below the power curve. That's not even limited viable. Total of 5, T: deal 1 damage... oh well.
The legendary creature is pretty cool, the quest is pretty cool too. And a colorless version of that elf that was in 10th I can't remember the name of. Very cool.
Quest for Restoration seems crazy good. We have an abundance of mana elves right now (what, Hierarch, Birds, Elves and Arbor Elf?) and they could be put together to make a nice control deck. Tap out for Mind Spring on your turn, untap with a grip full of counters on the next.
(of course, you would have to make sure they don't DoJ or Earthquake before you're done. Hm. Tougher than I thought.)
Everything on the list looks fine, though I'm hoping the boomerang is a print/translation error.
And the Atlas being a colorless creature that isn't an artifact... seems interesting.
The Quest seems good, and has some synergy with the Walking Atlas. The others are alright. I'm sure the Ogre will find a home. The boomerang....is...a 3 drop. That's about all that can be said for it.
kazuul - 3/3 blockers is good, seems like a decent card, and 5 mana for a 5 power dork is always good
razor boomerang - lolwut? at an uncommon too? are you sure this isnt 'if it was a creature, return it to its owners hand'
quest for restoration - mmm, seems alright, it gives all your creatures vigilance...sort of.
book eaters - pretty meh, but every bit of mill helps in allies
walking atlas - is there a 'use this ability only at sorcery speed', ie skyshroud ranger? or can you use it anytime. if it doesnt have the speed restriction, its pretty good, since it enables instant landfall. if it does have the restriction, then its boring.
Destroy target land, then ~ deals damage to that land's controller equal to the number of land cards in that player's graveyard.

Its a tap ability so there shouldn't be, as well as the fact there's not enough text on the card to limit it in such a way (IMO). Can't read that language, so for all I know..... but still.
Also, I'm loving the Atlas as a Construct and not an artifact.

skyshroud ranger has the ability and you can only play it at sorcery speed. the atlas is an artifact o.O!
guardian zendikon - wow what a damage soak. i would play this in limited.
marsh treader - cute, more landwalk.
cosi's ravaging servant - indifferent pinger. not being able to poke creatures is meh
grotag goblin trembler - seems okay in limited. stopping a creature from blocking is good
rolling terrain - nice.
summit apes - well its going to die, but it should take out two bodies.
slavering nulls - seems good in that annoying RB aggro limited deck.
lightkeeper of emeria - seems good at stopping said RB aggro deck, big body too
caustic crawler - mmm this is better than that pinger, and its got a huge body. fantastic.

EDIT: If it's for graveyard, I dunno, still pretty strong.
.
Sorcery Common
Destroy target land. ~ deals to that land controller damage equal to the number of land cards on his or her graveyard.
Is it possible you mistranslated?
I've misread it
