Format: Legacy, Swiss Rounds based on Attendance, with cut to Top 8 in Single Elimination after the final round

Entry Cost: 30$ per person.

Prize Structure:
1st:First Pick Among Prizes...
2rd: 2nd Pick Among Prizes....

....This will go down to the very last prize available with 8th getting the final pick if we have that many


Rules Enforcement Level: Regular -- This is a DCI Sanctioned Event. K-Value will be determined by attendance.


Minimum number of entries required for the tournament: 10 people. We will modify the prize pool accordingly if less than 10 people participate, but will still make this your money's worth!


This place is directly in front of Virginia Tech on the Virginia Tech Mall Road entrance, on North Main Street. The store has a large green awning with Fun-N-Games written on it has parking available across the street at the school parking lots.


Registration begins at 4 PM and the store opens at noon. Round 1 will begin around 6:00 PM. We will accept late entries after the first round has started, but anyone that enters at this point will have a 1 round match loss.


A dealer will be available on-site to buy, trade, and sell Magic: The
Gathering singles and collections. We encourage trading between players, but the store prohibits anyone from buying or selling in the store to anybody other than an authorized dealer for the store. Offering to sell elsewhere outside the store or selling between players other than an authorized dealer for the store will result in both the seller and buyer being asked to leave the store and event without refund.


----The Wizards of the Coast website has registration forms available, but as I am new to here, I am not able at this point to link you to the direct site. We do not require these, but suggest their use to keep track of your deck and it's contents.

Elder Dragon Highlander Side Events will also be run at $10 per person, with the winner earning $10 per entry in store credit.
