On today's arcana!



Kozilek, Butcher of Truth
Legendary Creature - Eldrazi (M)
When you cast Kozilek, Butcher of Truth, draw four cards.
Annilihator 4 (Whenever this creature attacks, defending player sacrifices four permanents.)
When Kozilek is put into a graveyard from anywhere, its owner shuffles his or her graveyard into his or her library.

Nonartifact colorless creatures are being placed ahead of white cards in this set's numbering.
The card IS NOT an artifact.
It was on today's Arcana on the WoTC site. You need Flash to be able to view it.

I recommend reading this handy FAQ about Eldrazi abilities and this one in particular before posting.

Holy. Freaking. Crud. Colorless, non-artifact spells are either before anything else, or (could it be) an ALL-COLORLESS SET a la Ghostfire?

Also, notice that the frame has the art in it. Could that be for real?

Holy ☺☺☺☺ the Timmy in me just went insane. The Eldrazi are badass. Gah, if the mana base for a colourless deck wasn't through the roof I would totally build an EDH deck with him. Still I will find a place for him somewhere.

Oh, crap and the only drawback is the cost.

See, now THAT is what a mythic is supposed to be.

Splashy, decent, but not completely freaking insane nor format defining.

Eye of Ugin probably just doubled in price though.

Unfortunately, it has reanimation protection a la Darksteel Colossus

Not really a fan of this whole Eldrazi thing. Seems like its gonna be too parasitic for my tastes

So, I guess the graphic design graduates of DeVry now work for Wizards. What an awkward and clunky animation. Cool creature though and my 24 Eye of Ugins are still worthless! Yesssss!!!!

Also, any chance the frame will actually look that way?
