This is my first deck list posted here, but not my first deck. I started with Michiko for the rattle-snake style of play and eventually moved on to black, my favorite magic color.
I see a lot of Savra deck lists and I recognize many are working on a budget, my list is on a greater budget and I do intend to streamline it when possible. With that said, here is my list.
Basic Explanation
Savra is obviously a multiplayer general, Nath, of the Gilt-Leaf and Sapling of Colfenor are both superior generals in one-on-one, even if more expensive, based purely off their utility. For Savra, the deck is designed around her and sacrifice outlets and ways to abuse her in larger multiplayer games, but only ones that are useful and powerful in their own right. The deck shouldn't need to rely on the general, green and black are a powerful combination together, which Maelstrom Pulse in the recent standard has shown, but she does help when out. This deck aims to control the board and use powerful spells to keep people honest before finally getting a lock or enough pieces of control out to keep the board firmly in your control.
Unusual Card Choices
There shouldn't be too many surprises, this deck is relatively common for new builders, as most Ravnica generals are. I will explain the few unusual choices though:
Attrition - This is well-known to Savra players, but being able to destroy two creatures for one when Grave Pact or Savra is out is a very strong effect. If one runs Butcher of Malakir, it is also very advantageous.
Imp's Mischief - I don't see enough people playing this card. For only two mana and a bit of life you can take their Time Stretch or overpowered and degenerate big spell. It is particularly fun when you can steal Ancestral Visions for zero life.
How to Play It
As a control deck, Savra starts slow and has a lot of comes-into-play-tapped lands. There isn't too much spot removal either, so you need to be careful with the removal and creatures you do draw. The benefit with a lot of your removal though is that it is a creature and can be reused late game. You do not want to cast your general unless you absolutely need a blocker or there is a benefit to her being there, she is a magnet for removal, even with the amount of recursion the deck runs. When casting Contamination it is ideal to have her in play with a token generator, ideally Creakwood Liege as a way to lock out the board. This can be risky though and if she dies don't be afraid to let contamination lapse if you need green mana again.
When Tutoring
The deck has four main tutors: Lilianna Vess, Demonic Tutor, Beseech the Queen and Primal Command, as well as a unique one, with the mechanic disfigure in Fleshwrither. You generally want to search for these cards in this order, or based on immediate need, black and green have more options than most colors and a good amount of removal and recursion.
The Black Tutors
1. Helm of Possession - for creature control.
2. [card[Helm of Obedience[/card] or Leyline of the Void - to combo off if both pieces are achievable.
3. Phyrexian Arena or Mind's Eye
4. Lilianna Vess
5. A situational card like a sweeper, removal or Crucible of Worlds
6. Soren Markov - If someone has used it against you this option is available or to try end a game quicker. The potential loss of 30 life can be back-breaking for many decks. It is a griefer card, but one that is in there because others will always run them too and life-gain is relevant.
With Fleshwrither
1. Oracle of Mul Draya - The mana ramp this card enables cannot be understated.
2. Creakwood Liege - The liege is weak, but the token it creates are not and fit both colors of Savra's requirements.
3. Braids, Cabal Minion - Once set up with a token generator you can start to capitalize on it, with or without Savra or Grave Pact around to force the loss of two creatures and another permanent.
4. Savra,Queen of the Golgari - If she gets tucked this is also a nice recurable way to recover her, but you don't need to until the board is right for her to return.
5. Hell's Caretaker - This depends on the board position and can be fetched earlier, but generally you want a token producer out first.
6. Solemn Simulacrum - This could be fetched first if mana is an issue, but it doesn't fit any Savra colors and ideally you want to draw this instead.
1. Earthcraft + Squirrel Nest - Infinite squirrels to rush the table on the next turn or interact with some "when a creatures comes into play" triggers.
2. Life from the loam + cycling lands - This would net card advantage, but would make mana base even more "comes into play tapped".
Conclusion!
I would like to here other people's thoughts and what they think. The list is reasonably tuned and dominates the board more often than not. Savra is perfect for getting around shrouded and indestructible generals, like Zur, Uril and some of the more frustrating ones. If anyone wants any more explanation please post and I would be happy to give details. I can explain choices if need be.

As for the Leyline, I'd totally run it in place of Puppeteer Clique if I had one. It only stops cards from hitting your opponents' graveyards, not your own. I'm assuming you read the card wrong. You can run it along with all of your recursion, including Oversold Cemetary and Oath of Ghouls, and it won't hurt you a bit, while countering graveyard shenanigans and Eldrazi abilities, etc.
I regards to Leyline of the Void I will be keeping it in. I find it more effective than artifacts that do same thing and it can stifle alot of decks that rely on their graveyard or general hitting their graveyard (Ie. Child of Alara, Scion of the ur'Dragon). This is in addition to ruining Yosei, Reveilark and Mindslaver locks. I only have three ways of destroying their annoying lands (even if one is reusable by itself) and it has prooven to be effective in the past.

Have you tried using Contamination? I run a Savra deck, and it is an absolute death sentence to non mono black decks.
I did briefly, but I felt absolutely terrible about it. How does your play group respond to it?
Right now I'm working to include: Nath, Skeletal Vampire and Fleshwrither (Can't believe I didn't know about it, fetch [card]Oracle of Mul'Draya anyone?). I'll try Contamination too I guess, it was in SB, but should be crushing.

Well my play group, it is a race to something. So I don't feel bad that I stopped the Ghost Council deck from wiping lands, the Sisay Deck From land sniping, the Sen Triplets from mindslaver locking, the Jhoira from taking infinte turns, etc, etc, etc.....the only deck I could not stop was Sharrum the Hegemon (colorless artifacts T_T). But I usually set my self up before dropping the Contamination, because if I drop it when not ready, I get a lot of hate.

I can fully understand that, heh. In my group at home in oz, not so much US where I am currently we don't have anyone that aggressively spikish. The board will be wrathed, but infinite stuff is just bad.
I added Contamination in anycase. Once I get Skele Vamp and co I will add them.

Well first of all in this deck innocent blood is much better than chainer's edict as your opponent's sacrifice two creatures from the start.
I'm under the impression garruk just does't do enough in a savra deck, he gives you green tokens, an explosive vegetation is better than his first effect, and an overrun isn't always what the deck wants.
Also you have nezumi graverobber in two categories, not sure if this is on purpose though. Although it probably is because just counting up the list's numbers will give you 105 cards.

It was in two categories, like a few cards, since categorising doesn't take into account cards that serve a dual role. I'll go over the list to remove similar mentions.
Garruk is a win con in himself and immune to alot of removal, while people can destroy creatures regularly with board wipes, he won't be. I know the beast is green, but it is a good blocker and later on works with Grace Pact. Also, Overrun number two is useful.
I know Innocent blood is good and I will consider it. Savra or Pact won't always be out though and Chainer's Edict is a resuable edict. Until I have a few more token generators the card advantage isn't as great from destroying my own.

I noticed that there was no mention of necrogenesis. It would serve a dual purpose in a deck like this. Graveyard hate and sackable critters, especially to gravepact

What would you remove for the Necrogenesis? The list is fairly tight as it is, but I assume one of the exist graveyard answers.
I'm thinking of removing Syphon Mind for the new Momentous Fall too, just need to get one first. What do people think?
It that Betrays is also interesting, but very expensive, so not so set on it.

I made some small changes, subbing out the Avatar of Woe for It that Betrays and removing Crypt of Agadeem, which never really netted me mana advantage unless someone actively milled me, for a sacrifice land I should've had.
I want to add Bloodghast or Nether Traitor. The traitor is evidently easier to recover, but the ghast is 'free'. What do people think would be the better to use?

Run both. Both are huge with Skullclamp, both are annoying little guys that just keep coming back and putting a Jitte on a creature with Shadow & Haste is just all kinds of wrong. I have Buried Alive, Entomb & Corpse Connoisseur pretty much just to get these guys active.
And if you have one, drop a Sword of Light and Shadow into the deck for your Nether Traitor.
I'm not overly keen on Magus of the Abyss, but what do people think? I could get one if need be, but it seems limited compared to Braids and is a secondary strategy too.
Additionally, I only want to run one aggro piece of equipment, which is stronger, Jitte or Sword of Light and Shadow? Jitte is obviously brilliant, but I'm thinking the deck stategy is strong without further reinforcement by the sword and life is an issue I've found. Miren may reduce this issue though.
The deck has been running nicely and I know Savra isn't inspiring, but it would be fun to hear what people think would make it run better. Aside from:
Nether Traitor - trying to get him!
Genesis - Trying to get him!
Endrek Sahr - I choose to run Nath and Mycoloth over him.
Fecundity - I've reviewed it and I've found I just don't want anyone gaining any advantage from my cards. It is in my sideboard for when I do post it, but I've found I don't want to give them an out.
If anyone is interested, I recently I got a veiled accusation of net decking it against a Doran deck when it just clicked and his creature based deck had no chance, which was flattering. While in many games I have been able to lock the board down until something stupid happened, like Warp World and even then managed to regain advantage. You don't need three colors to control when not in blue!

There shouldn't be too many surprises, this deck is relatively common for new builders, as most Ravnica generals are. I will explain the few unusual choices though:
Leyline of the Void - Even while this card may seem anti-synergistic with Lord of Extinction and general recursion (Coffin Queen, Beacon of Unrest, Nezumi Graverobber), there are many strategies that rely on their graveyard. Running this can blank the ever popular Scion of the Ur'Dragon recursion, Child of Alara triggers and stop some of the more annoying locks. This works in conjunction with Relic of Progenitus, Bojuka Bog and Nezumi Graverobber.

6. Solemn Simulacrum - This could be fetched first if mana is an issue, but it doesn't fit any Savra colors and ideally you want to draw this instead.
With Primal Command
1. Oracle of Mul Draya - Mana ramp is needed in most situations.
2. A token generator, namely Creakwood Liege, Skeletal Vampire or even Nath, of the Gilt-Leaf.
3. A recursion creature to take advantage of the damage you've done, Coffin Queen or Hell's Caretaker is ideal.
4. A removal creature, or Avatar of Woe if her chances of surviving are decent.
Combos
I choose not to run many, the most visible should be the general herself and the Grave Pact synergy. Besides that though, you also have:
1. Dark Depths + Vampire Hexmage - The prominent extended combo, easily tutorable here too.
2. Kamahl, First of Krosa + the various removal you have - This can double as land destruction, besides Kamahl being a powerhouse in his own right.
3. Crucible of World + Strip Mine, Dust Bowl and Tectonic Edge + Oracle of Mul Draya - This can be augmented with Azusa, Lost but Seeking, but is the classic trash their mana base at no risk to yours.
4. Leyline of the Void + Helm of Obedience - Legacy and vintage combo.
Combos I Choose not to Run
2. Life from the loam + cycling lands - This would net card advantage, but would make mana base even more "comes into play tapped".
Conclusion!
I would like to here other people's thoughts and what they think. The list is reasonably tuned and dominates the board more often than not. As for Leyline of the Void I wouldn't run it. There's no sense in crippling your own deck just to cripple someone else's. If you want graveyard hate why not use Withered Wretch and Scrabbling Claws instead. That way you can run things like Puppeteer Clique and Oversold Cemetery.

For token generators, I know I am rather light on them, Bitterblossum, Mycoloth, Garruk, Wildspeaker and Creakwood Liege are the main ones. Insted of tokens I am for quality creatures than can be reused Hell's Caretaker, Coffin Queen, dredge creatures, plus the recursion spells I run. I'll try find room for Skeletal Vampire, but I don't think Sprouting Swarm is overly good, even if reusable and I'm on the fence about Endrek Sahr, Master Breeder.
Thank you for the feedback.
Edit: Sprouting Swarm also makes green tokens, which isn't what we're after.

Genesis is generally mandated for any and all green decks, as is
Otherwise like others have said black token producers or reusable creature such as bloodghast, and nether traitor are at a premium in this deck.

Nath, of the Gilt-Leaf
Endrek Sahr, Master Breeder
Bloodghast
What do you people think isn't so important in the deck right now? Aside from Leyline!

Thank you for the ideas though.

I'll swamp them around then. I kept the predators in for multiplayer advantage, but it is visibly clunky. Thank you for the idea I'll see how it plays.

Commander BLOG: The Crazy 99
Gonti ; Sissay
So now Bloodghast and Momentous Fall and Braids, Cabal Minion are in. Still after Genesis and Nether Traitor for inclusion.
