Ok so this is me reanimator EDH deck, I've been playing it for awhile but just recently made a few tweaks.
Life from the Loam is easily one of the best cards in this deck. Combined with cycling lands and the soon to come Realms Uncharted it generates sheer card advantage and can help me bounce back from a misplayed Mindslicer(never actually happens but it doesn't hurt to be safe). The question here is do I really need the Urza's Cycling lands. If at all possible I use the Onslaught ones since they cycle cheaper.
Seedborn Muse + Helix Pinnacle
Seedborn Muse has always been in the deck, but I found that 98% of the time I didn't really do much on other peoples turns, so I added Helix Pinnacle to put that mana to use. I haven't tested this yet so it might not actually work out. I also just recently added the woodfall primus. So best case scenario I sac the primus to Phyrexian tower and then oran-rief to get rid of the -1/-1 and then pump all excess mana into helix pinnacle. So every turn I get closer to winning and I destroy a permanent.
Erratic Portal allows me to abuse Eternal Witness and others if I don't yet have the means to kill and recur them every turn.
Everything else seems pretty self explanatory. The deck has a few problems.
I'm worried I might not have enough Reveillark targets. I usually save this guy until I have two. I could use more though.
I'm not really doing much of anything on an opponent's turn.
Survival of the Fittest is a new card and I'm worried I might not have a creature in hand to pitch as often as I'd like. Is there an equivalent to Squee in these colors?
Also I'd like to make room for the following cards. Lurking Predators, Haunted Crossroads, Oversold Cemetary, and Replenish.
Unfortunately every try hard from Sacramento to Shanghai preaches from the top of their 27 lands + Mana Reflection that Tooth and Nail and Time Stretch are fine to play in the same turn but Armageddon is unfair.
I've been playing Teneb for a couple of years now (more so than any other general I've made) and I can definitely say that there are well over 200 spells you could put into the 59 spell slots you have available (assuming you run the usual 40 lands). Therefore, trying to justify one build over another is futile.
Generally speaking, if you find yourself unable to use the extra mana you get from Seedborn Muse, you probably aren't trying hard enough. More specifically, consider adding more permanents that can be re-used and cut some of your instants and sorceries that don't provide as much of a lasting effect.
If you are looking for mana-sinks, you could check out the list in my sig for more ideas (the most current list is at the end). I'm currently enjoying some of the Pestilence effects that I run. Most of my sac outlets require a small mana investment to re-use. Haunted Crossroads is awesome, especially with Lurking Predators.
I'd say the best way to get full value out of Seedborn Muse is Vedalken Orrery. This combo is pretty much green's Lighthouse Chronologist: for each of your opponents' turns, you basically get to take a turn of your own at the same time. Bonus points if you have Mind's Eye too.

Definitely cut a basic Swamp for Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth, regardless of what else you do.
