Despite having a regular EDH community numbering around 30, no one who goes to our store had built a group hug deck. So I decided to make one and see how it went. I've had the deck for a couple of weeks now, and been very satisfied with how 'well' it does in games, but I can't help feeling that there are some excellent inclusions I've missed. Therefore, I present the deck for your consideration.
Cards marked * are those which I am not entirely satisfied with (N.B. Eye of the Storm is hilarious, but can become quite hard to follow, especially if Hive Mind is also in play).

Any thoughts to assist in spreading the love?
I have a Group Hug deck too, pretty classic version and one of the problems was getting a lot of attacks coming my way because I was helping too much. If I helped player A, players B & C would come at me etc.
One of the better solutions I found was Swans of Bryn Argol. This let me hide behind a hard to kill creature and help people at the same time. Those who were tired of drawing cards didn't attack into it, the guys who needed to draw had no trouble getting a 2/2 blocked if it meant getting 2 cards.
It becomes quite a big threat with forced fruition in play as well, you're pretty well protected until both can be dealt with..

Hmm. Surprisingly, I haven't really encountered this problem. I think because most of my cards are symmetrical, and I only help someone especially if they are about to get splattered, no one gets annoyed with me. However, Swans could be kind of interesting, letting everyone attack me to draw cards if they have nothing better to do with their dudes. I'll give it a try and see if people resent it too much. Thank you.
I'm looking to build a group hug deck now, since I'm absolutely am tired of playing Hermit Druid and French 1v1s.
So any updates to this deck? I'm sure I'll probably add Show and Tell and Eureka, but I'm wondering what new cards printed in the past 2 years would be great in this deck?
OR
Is there another general/color combination that's better suited for group hug now?
Thanks.
EDIT/PS: I need at least ONE win con in the deck, even if it's a long shot 10-20 card combo. I need at LEAST one way to win. Any ideas?
EDIT 2: I know about the join forces cards. So those are definite adds.

(I mean honestly, of the all the decks of mine one could steal, they take the $100 group hug deck? Some people...)
