My intention is NOT to pull infinite combos, but I admit that It feels like a combo deck....I'd say it is more like a mix between synergetic and soft-comboish.
This deck bounces a lot, and wheel away those cards. This is good agaist undestructable, untargetable, or Commanders.
Dreamhalls enable lots of wheel effects to the point that you could kill everybody in one turn by using multiple wheel effects. There are cards that copy the effects or help me reuse cards that have been played like Call to Mind for example.
THIS IS MY LATEST UPDATE...The deck is very focus on what it does, but I think I need a bit of more deffense against ultra agro decks. Also, I want to include Jace, the Mind Sculptor in the list, so I'd need even more ways to defense my Walker.
I'd definitely find room for Springjack Pasture and cut Negate for just about any counterspell ever printed, I would even run Cancel over it if I was forced to choose between the 2. Have you thought about Thought Reflection in here? It's really expensive to cast but could potentially be very strong with all the draw 7s in here. I'd probably try to find room for Magus of the Jar & Memory Jar (which can be recurred with Academy Ruins).

I allways thought Negate was preatty good. To be honest, i still think is very good, even on EDH. Counters most of the things that are play. Besides, this is how i control things that are not creatures. This is why i have it, cause i have tons of creature control effects. So i kinda complement each other. However it always been in the cutting block. It seems that everytime im going to cut Negate it does something very good (like saving my a..s)and rethink about it.
Thought Replection seems like an good candidate, but whose out? Also, i played with Psychic Possession and i liked it a lot. If it disapoint me later, ill replace it for it.
The Jar and its Magus are problably are going in after the very final touch. I think im cutting Temporal Cascade for Memory Jar .The thing about this cards in that they dont let me shuffle people's hand, wich is the main reason why i run tons of bounce effects, so i can put dangerous permanents in their hands right before the shuffling effects. I know they still would go to the graveyard with the Jar, but Generals are least dangerous when they get shuffled
Even if you aren't running Curiosity and Ophidian Eye, there is no reason not to run Pemmin's Aura, a card I like in Niv MORE then curiosity. You still get mad draw and burn power, but you also gain shroud, vigilance, and 7 power. Hey, even with curiosity they can just terror it in response.
I also play Weiss Schwarz, Chaos, Vanguard and Wixoss.
Weiss Schwarz Sets
Accel World, Angel Beats, Familiar of Zero, Gargantia on the Verdurous Planet, Guilty Crown, Kill La Kill, Robotics;Notes, Sword Art Online.
Chaos Partners
Arpeggio of Blue Steel: Iona, Kirishima, Kongou.
Dangan Ronpa: Asahina, Togami.
Freezing: Vibration: Chiffon, Satelizer.
Vanguard Clans Favoured
Angel Feather, Dark Irregulars, Genesis, Neonecter, Pale Moon, Shadow Paladins, Tachikaze.
@ Great King:
I used to run Pemin's Aura but i cut it long ago, i dont remember for what though. The thing is that if i want to cast it on Niv i have to do it as soon as he comes into play. So, we are looking at 3UUUURR and a U open to give him shroud just in case.So before i get all that mana, if i have the aura on my hand, it will be a dead card. My other creatures dont stay too long on the battlefield to enchant them, so im a littlle concern about it. For now i have Lighting Greaves and Clout of the Dominus to shroud Niv, but i will keep it in mind.
I really love the card.I remeber that i got the best use off of it in a Merieke Ri Berit deck i used to have. Thanks for the advice anyhows.
@MiffedMoogle:
Yes, They appreciate it.
The reason i dont run auras is because most of my creatures get bounce or sac all the time like i said to The Great King above. However the effect is very usefull for the deck theme...hmmm...keep that in mind.
Chandra seems nice...never thought about her...hmmm again! And what other Blue PW are you reffering? Jace 1.0?
Tezzeret the Seeker is what he's refering to I think. This guy is madness for getting puzzle box, font of mythos, howling mine, top, etc. He can also search out artifact lands and act as a pseudo Garruk.
You might want to try Insurrection to go with all the thievery effects you have.
So if I were to say "you're a complete douchebag who has his head up his ass so far he's using his own eyeballs as glasses," you'd simply shrug it off?
No trees were harmed in the sending of this message; however, a significant number of electrons were slightly inconvenienced.
Dream halls + niv and wheel effects is ridiculous. I'm also building one without the usual cheap infinite combos, but its focused much more solely on wheel effects.
I would say add one of the new legendary eldrazi. They are free shuffle effects for gy, always better than having to pay for mnemonic nexus. While you can't cheat them into play with halls, you still can cast then with enough mana so they fulfill 2 card slots in one.
You should also should run teferi to protect yourself on your turn if you want to combo out ftw with wheel effects
I also find knollspine dragon very effective to use, and he has potential to be just plain ridiculous.
Also, no dragon mage? Its wheel on a stick?
As far as magus of the jar and memory jar go, I would leave them out. Magus has to wait a full turn to be used and the jar will probably too if you plan on playing any spells afterwards. Yes it can be recurred but thats still a good 8 mana each time. And you won't always have dream halls to cheat it into play. You'll get much better usage out of whirlpool warrior, the other whirlpool cards, teferi's puzzlebox, winds of change etc. You want the cheapest wheel effects possible so you can continue to play them as you draw cards. Hell, even incendiary command is better than magus as you can hit troublesome lands at the same time, not like you'll be attacking with the magus at all so why even use him?
Just some thoughts based on my deck, as I said its much more focused on wheel effects and gets quite crazy drawing through my whole library multiple times.
Edit: Why do all my card links have ! in front of them?
Edit 2: Now its fixed...huh that was weird..
Edit 3:... Great now i double posted...%@

Cloudstone Curio could be a great addition to the deck, however i already have in mind Equilibrium as a second Crystal Shard in the deck(just because it targets opponents creatures too). If the enchantment doesnt do it for me, i'll give the Curio a chance.
In the other hand, Dragon Mage seems that he deserves a spot in the deck. The deck is so tight that i find it very hard to cut stuff, however he seems worth a try.
Lots of people keeps recommending Teferi's Puzzle Box ...is it really that good in my deck though? I think if i run it i've had to add Library of Leng

Puzzlebox doesn't make you discard so there's no reason for the library, of course library is a good card to add anyway.
You are right about that.Well, that changes the way i look at the TPBox now. Ill think about it harder to see if it really fits with the deck. Thanks fo the tip.
And i dont thin i should add Tezzeret in the deck since i dont run the Howling Mine version. However it can get me the box if i decide to put it in, or the Memory Jar
But something insede me makes me think that he might be just very good.
Right now it feels like the deck needs more ramp. Cheap ramp works great with all the wheels since it lets you develop your mana base quickly and this deck is also looking very mana hungry. So here's my suggested list of adds:
Mana accel Everflowing Chalice, Coldsteel Heart & Worn Powerstone - Cheap mana rocks. Solemn Simulacrum - I like him here because, in addition to the ramp, he's also a nice speed bump and deters utility creatures from attacking you. Mana Geyser - Sets you up for a big explosive turn which I feel is the best way for this deck to seal up wins. Temple of the False God - I think this is one of the better colorless producing lands you can run so if you feel your colorfixing isn't adequate you could cut a colorless land for it.
Other stuff Expedition Map - It can fetch Temple of the False God so it can act as ramp and if you don't need ramp it can get another utility land. Starstorm - The best red sweeper available. All is Dust - Not great but if you need more protection this could help. It also hits enchantments which the deck is pretty weak to. Consecrated Sphinx - Seems pretty absurd with all the draw 7s. Flash of Insight - Should be pretty easy to pitch and it can dig really deep. Also can be cycled for 2U early on.
Cuts
2 land - 1 for Temple of the False God and 1 just because you'll have more mana rocks. Dissipation Field - Not really a fan of this card. It doesn't do a great job at deterring attackers and it allows people to abuse ETB creatures.
War's Toll - Doesn't really work with the deck. Future Sight - It's expensive and this deck really isn't hurting for card draw. Meishin the Mind Cage - Seems good in theory but I would rather just run a sweeper just because this costs so much to cast. Galvanoth - I'm on the fence about this one. More cute than effective since you don't have very many instants/sorceries you'd want to cast with him but he's really good with Mystical Tutor and Personal Tutor. Still don't think that's good enough. Knowledge Pool - Don't like this chaos card. Sunder - Sunder is really good but your deck really needs mana to win the game. This isn't the type of deck that just sets up a dominating board position and then cast Sunder, you're just trying to have a big turn with Niv-Mizzet in play and plow through your deck and Sunder doesn't really support this strategy.

Great suggetions there.
Yes, I knew i needed more mana, but the fact that the only ones that Im not playing produce coroless mana and this deck demands lots of color mana. That was the only reason I was skeptical to add any of the mana rocks you mentioned above.
I guess Mr. Simulacrum seems even nicer now!
About: Mind Cage, D. Field, and War's Toll, I agree with yopu. They are preatty weak for this deck. I do like the D. Field a bit but It could work agains me too.
Im not sure about Future Sight. this card helps me keep the wheel chain flowing. (In theory) It's very mana intensive, but Im not sure...I got my eye on it.
Galvanoth is cute, but I never tried it. I dont have much hope for him, but I'll give a try. Besides the tutors, I also play the Top to help him out. Same goes for Knowledge Pool. It seems perfect for this deck(In theory)
Sunder it's like a personal choice. Until I dont get to bouce and shuffle aways everybodys land I'll keep playing the card.
I really like all the card you suggested. I might find rrom for them and complete the deck withthem too. The only one I might not add is Mana Geyser. I love the card, but I dont know if It would work since only puts RED mana in the pool. I do play tons of Blue spells.
Yeah, that would be really good as a backup to Niv-Mizzet. Kills a lot faster too since it hits everyone.
He seems fine for this deck. However I dislike the Artifact Creature type. I'm trying to keep the artifact count to a minimum (just the Mana rocks) but his effect is preatty focus for this deck. I guess It deserves a try.
About Pithing Needle, How you have any success with this card? It seems a bit weak for EDH. I don't know...
EDIT: So, after pondering for a while I think I manage to focus the deck into what I want from it.
It has more cosistancy at what It supose to do, Bounce, Wheel away cards, counterspell, and be really synergetic....There are five cards Im not sure about:
Knowledge Pool It seems chaotic, but I think it could work in my advantage.I have to try it and see the results.
Aether Barrier It looks weak on papper, but the fact that is a Red card(I need a good count of Red cards for Dream Halls) and the fact that bounces permanents gave it enough credits to at least try it.
Tezzeret the Seeker I know He's pretty strong on EDH, however I've been cutting as many artifacts as I can...again, try to keep it going with Dream Halls. He's got very juicy targets, so thats why He's in for now.
Stitch in Time This should be Temporal Manipulation, but the fact is cheap and It has red in its colors called my atention. I try to use it with the Thumb before, but that takes away for the deck's focus. So for now Im trying it as a 50-50 Time Warp and then decide if It's worthy.
Trickbind I had an estra space so I included an all around good card. It could be something else but I dont know yet what are the weeknesses of the deck yet.
The first 4 cards you listed all look like easy cuts. For replacements I'd add in a little more defense. Blasphemous Act should be in here. I brought this up as a possibility before but how about things like Firestorm and Turbulent Dreams since you're going to be discarding your hand a lot anyways? I'm not sure what I'd put in the last slot, probably an Eldrazi, some extra GY hate or a generic good card like Solemn Simulacrum.
Mana Geyser - Sets you up for a big explosive turn which I feel is the best way for this deck to seal up wins.
As always, this is where I interrupt and suggest always running turnabout before Mana Geyser. I hate having to wait for my opponents, rather than having control myself.
Piracy and Drain Power is another option, that actually does work well with geyser.

What do you think of Splinter Twin? I found the card amazing at the prerelease and Kiki-Jiki shenanigans are always fun.
You also seem light on other planeswalkers, is that by choice? Chandra v1 and both other blue ones would probably be nice.

Library of Leng is just crazy and allows you to keep stuff you discard to halls
Since you have a bounce mini theme, any reason you aren't running cloudstone curio or tidespout tyrant

Mana accel
Everflowing Chalice, Coldsteel Heart & Worn Powerstone - Cheap mana rocks.
Other stuff
Expedition Map - It can fetch Temple of the False God so it can act as ramp and if you don't need ramp it can get another utility land.

Piracy and Drain Power is another option, that actually does work well with geyser.

Good call. I love me some Turnabout. It's like the original Cryptic Command.
About Piracy and Drain Power...Can the opponent just add mana their mana to their mana pool in response?

Did you even read my first post or the deck list?
First Game I played I got a Consecrated Sphinx out, and played a windfall, my opponent took 21 damage to the face.
I am pretty sure this card is a second non-infinite "I win" card.
Also, I am wondering if Psychosis Crawler would be win-more, or if it would be worth it.
