This deck was really made for one on one play, mostly because I just play with my fiancee at home. The one time it was in a multiplayer format, I let a friend use it and he won (against my Mayael the Anima and my fiancee's Sharuum the Hegemon decks).
Just a few things:
1. This is a lightning fast deck. It wins by turn six, 90% of the time. For that reason, it has a low mana curve here (I top at at a converted mana cost of six). Please do not suggest any cards that cost more than that, as they won't even be considered - it won't do anything but slow the deck down, which it does not need.
2. I just thought I'd point out that while most of the other Rafiq deck lists use a lot of trample, that you can bypass that using the nice blue color here and just go with an unblockable Rafiq. General damage adds up really quick.
I really like my list a lot, because of how fast and how consistent it is. Drop an equipment, drop a little creature, drop Rafiq, swing with the little guy while Rafiq has summoning sickness, then hook Rafiq up with the equipment and swing for general damage.
I've also never been a fan of most auras, just because they can lead to being a 2 (or more) for one. If you must use them then I would suggest choosing some of the Totem Armor cards from RotE, especially Bear Umbra, which can be really brutal in this type of format. Or you could always use something that'll keep recurring, like Rancor. And an equipment that I think can be useful for you is Basilisk Collar.
Have you looked at adding any walkers? Elspeth, Knight-Errant is always good in creature heavy builds, and Ajani Goldmane is nuts with weenie decks. Even Garruk Wildspeaker or Jace Beleren could possibly be useful for you. I'd suggest just trying them out if you haven't yet.
I don't like to critique mana bases too much, but I would suggest looking at the Shadowmoor/Eventide filter lands: Wooded Bastion, Mystic Gate, and Flooded Grove. Possibly replacing some of your not as good fetches, like the Panoramas.
Hope this helps you some!

For a aggro build i like the wake trasher, also sensei divining top is a edh stample, with that card your draw are going to go smoother and you will be able to control your draw,
