Thanks for the update! Is that comparing my Cube to a 540 Cube or is the program smart enough to round it down to 500? BTW, my username is kingneb. I hope the "newb" wasn't a Freudian slip

I apologize for the wrong name. It was certainly not intentional, but that can happen when you are not using a real word as a username. I will immediately correct this in my database.
The new method is a bit complicated, you might want to check the cube comparison thread how it works in detail. In short, the information that someone plays a card that you are missing or the other way around now is more important if your 2 lists are similar to each other.

I think you are the only cuber with a modern list that is currently participating, so the results will contain a lot of useless cards for you:
