Here is my new Kresh the Bloodbraided EDH. I think it is by far my favorite deck now. There's so much fun stuff to do, and sometimes the synergy gets so ridiculous as to be virtually unbeatable! But the basic strategy is to just keep killing stuff, make Kresh huge, and deal 21 by slapping some evasion on him. If that fails, it is fairly easy to smash the board with a massive token swarm.
Edit (10/30): got a Wasteland, and added Crucible of Worlds and Strip Mine to complete the package. Reworked lands and ramping a bit while I was in there. o.0
Stalking Vengeance is good for all the creature death that occurs around Kresh. Tombstone Stairwell will make Kresh extremely large very quickly. Bloodshot Cyclops can help you fling Kresh to make sure that damage gets through.
Looks like a fun deck.

Aha. All very good suggestions. Especially the stairwell, I can see that getting insane real quick (another friend for Vicious Shadows, too). I'll have to test these out.

One person has one deck that gains tons of life. If we ever adopt the sideboard rule, I would definitely put this guy in there, but I don't think he's "maindeck" material given there's only one guy with one deck. Hehe.
Great suggestion though! I keep lists of "possible" cards like this with my EDH decks. If the guys start abusing lifegain for some reason, I'll be ready to go.

Shame you can't run Swords to Plowshares. Hell, if anyone is running Loxodon Warhammer the Kavu becomes a house. Or you could do the tricky thing and Vampiric Link their biggest creature (since you don't control it, they gain the life).
Any updates to this deck? I'm thinking about using this and possibly adding Grave Titan and maybe Primeval Titan.
There have indeed been some updates, including a Grave Titan as you mentioned! I have not yet acquired a Primeval Titan (because this deck is completely foil\pimped, and foil primevals are like...$70-80 atm so gonna wait a bit on that, hehe). I also cut Verdant Force for Woodfall Primus since he's just awesome.
Other than that, hard-casting him and grabbing Volrath's Stronghold and Gaea's Cradle is pretty awesome, too. Seems like a powerful, flexible, worthwhile effect.
Shunma, I totally understand where you're coming from if you've got better cards, but sometimes you gotta make do with what you've got. Plus with a Gleancrawler in play and a Phyrexian Dreadnought in hand...+12/+12 for Kresh...each turn...for only 1. The look on your opponent(s) face(s)...priceless.
New MVP: Overwhelming Stampede--the card is stupid awesome when you have something like Lord of Extinction or a fat Kresh sitting around.
Edit (9/25): replaced Skeletal Vampire with Wurmcoil Engine since it is t3h nutz.

I used to run him, too! But he got eclipsed by more powerful stuff eventually. Another card on the "I wish I had space" list.
I have been informed of one good reason to run Primeval Titan in addition to Grave Titan: Tooth and Nail for him and Avenger of Zendikar. Get two fetch lands and use them--you now have a lot of 4/5 plant tokens. With Anger in the 'yard or Akroma's Memorial in play that's pretty much the end of days. o__0
