1 Ashling the pilgrim edh deck. The idea was, hrmm, what fun Legendary Red Creature would make a good General. Why not all of them? In the same deck. Ashling because she is the best, IMHO, for multiplayer with the repeatable board wipes. I switch to Akroma for 1v1.

I need a Beacon of Destruction for this deck, so bad. Need to track down the ones i've lent out.
Basic plan in multiplayer. Play ashling, wipe board as necessary while gaining health back via artifacts. Go to the dome for lethal one opponent at a time.
Basic one on one play. Get mana advantage via Mana Flare effects, Resolve akroma, go to the dome for lethal in 2-3 turns. Hopefully less. Fervor and Anger help with that. As does braid of fire.
I have no idea why these 99 mountain edh decks don't play 6 non-land cards... you'll never miss a land drop anyway...
Because the main point for them is to prove that with Ashling, you can run nothing BUT mountains and still win games. It doesn't matter that the deck would arguably be better with a few other cards, maybe even just Rage Reflection and Oblivion Stone and Wheel of Fortune or somesuch, there's nothing as fun as beating someone with what amounts to the EDH version of Lavalamp.dec
@Kiki-Jiki
How would Kiki-Jiki be problematic? Yes, it's unable to target a large number of his creatures, but he can duplicate a few of his utility creatures if he wants to, or someone else's creature. Imagine if someone else gets out a Pestermite and their Kiki gets Stifled and destroyed, or just countered, and he can take their combo piece? Fun.
I have an Ashling the Pilgrim EDH deck with a very specific focus on multiplayer interactions and politics, so I could give some feedback on how my playtesting has worked out for me.
I've highlighted some cards that I tend to find questionable as choices in EDH multiplayer. I'll be starting from the top and working down.
Expedition Map and Oblivion Stone. In other decks I love these cards, but I don't care as much for them in multiplayer mono-red. I instead use Journeyer's Kite and All is Dust respectively. These are cards that can go either way, but it entirely depends on how fast your meta is. I tend to like to start grabbing lands earlier, and efficiently, and when I need a panic button I don't want a slow, mana-intensive killswitch, but a quick, artifact-loving field wipe. These are just suggestions for you to consider.
Choose one of the land-dwarves, and don't focus too heavily on land-destruction. I'm serious. Most people 1.) don't like it and 2.) won't play against it. Land destruction is better suited for 1v1, because it's a more cutthroat format, and multiplayer shouldn't be 4 players topdecking lands. For this reason I'd suggest you also remove Ruination, Boom/Bust, and Obliterate from the deck. This also will make your Blood Moon and Price of Progress more effective, and reduce the amount of dead draws your deck can possibly make. Price of Progress is the right card in multiplayer because it punishes without ruining the fun for everyone. Again, these are just suggestions.
Rakka-Mar, Jeska, Warrior Adept, Squee, Goblin Nabob, and Siege-gang Commander are rather weak in multiplayer, but from what I gather, your deck is 1v1 as well. I'd still recommend removing Jeska and Squee at least. Squee definitely, since you have almost no ways to abuse his effect, unless I'm missing something. Magus of the Moon dies too easily, so you may want to stick to just Blood Moon, but I don't know which decks you face.
Dead/Gone is kind of a weird choice, but you must have some reason to run it. I would imagine you would use Erratic Portal if you wanted to save your own guys, but it's not too bad of a spell. Ion Storm seems counterproductive and a waste of mana, IMO.
Winding Canyons. With Braid of Fire, this can summon huge creatures during your upkeep, and you can play Draw-Go with your general.
Spinerock Knoll. Awesome in multiplayer, it works when your opponents beat eachother up.
Maze of Ith. Good in 1v1 and multiplayer if you can get it.
Gratuitous Violence. Only affects you, so it's AMAZING. Better than Rage Reflection, since it's cheaper and doesn't care if it's combat damage or not. I suppose you could run both...
Hostility. Can be used with wipe-spells to gain HUGE amounts of elementals. With fervor, that's a finisher.
Repercussion. Useful with Sun Droplet or any other Life-gain.
First of All, no matter how hilarious 99 mountain ashling may be, one condemn, faith's fetters, or something of that degree leaves you in the ☺☺☺☺ter. I don't know about you, but that's not fun.
@Collycauseschaos - Thank you so much for your suggestions. I've been trying to make ashling work for a while now, and I've been having trouble. Thanks for a lot of your suggestions. The Map and O. Stone for All is Dust and the Kite sounds like a really good idea. I'll do that as soon as I can free those cards up.
While I agree on the armor (which was originally in there for mean combinations with pyrohemia and mana barbs) it needs to leave. I think that's where my Sun Droplet is going to go. However, the Maul is almost necessary. It gives ashling something she desperately needs, A way to punch through and hit the dome. I've lost track of the times where she's been chump blocked to hell. The Collar seems like a wonderful choice, the scythe seems ridiculous, and I'm looking for the armor atm. I know I have one somewhere.
The cuts for the LD sound like the way to go. I think I'll keep the ruination because it rewards playing basic lands (something that I think should ALWAYS be rewarded). Squee is there because there are a couple people running mass discard around here, he's a fun legendary creautre, and goes well with Jaya (and soon Chandra Ablaze). Jeska is there because I have a signed copy. :D. The commander's gonna be out though shortly.
I find that the magus doesn't die as easily as most think. Spot removal isn't worth it (most of the time, horde of notions says otherwise), and the wrath effects will kill it anyways. I'm one of the few people that plays red based damage sweeps in our meta (I think the only other one floating around is a wort deck that has A starstorm.) so the magus is suprisingly survivable.
Heat Shimmer is in there as a general killer, not a copy maker.
I love having Rakka in the deck (her + homura flipped = happiness. Well that's really just homura flipped in general), but i'll cut her if need be. At this point though, there isn't enough I want to cut to merit her getting the axe.
Dead gone is one of my "filler" cards. Its always amusing when some one goes "Wait, red can bounce creatures?" not to mention it can kill some of the more.... annoying generals (I'm glaring at sisay, roffelos, and v. clique here).
Ion storm is a wonderful way to discourage some one from targeting ashling, especially if I put that collar in there. Instead of popping the board in response, I kill X creatures at 2 mana a piece. Not to mention it works with the taurean mauler and can end games (Taking someone from 22 to 0 with only the storm was priceless).
On that note, i need a goblin sharpshooter bad.
I'll dig through my boxes and see what I can't find from your list. Most of the cards you suggested seem perfect for the deck, and almost all of your suggested cuts I'm, at the very least, okay with. Thank you so much!

Urza's Armor and Tenzo's Maul... leave those out, definitely. Instead, focus more on Ashling's strengths as a general. Basilisk Collar, Scythe of the Wretched, and Magebane Armor work wonders. For mitigating damage, Sun Droplet is the best, and I recommend you find room for it.

Heat Shimmer should be Splinter Twin. One more mana and it becomes permanent.
Now here are some suggestions that you may want to use, or at least look at:
