This is my overhaul of this list. This was my first EDH deck and my pride and joy. I primarily trade for cards or buy boosters so I don't have access to really pricey EDH staples, any big name cards I have is through dumb luck and trades. I would also like your opinion on it because it is my first EDH deck and I would like to see where I could continue to make improvements.
Here's just one thought to start you off... the life totals are so big in EDH that gaining a life every turn with Angel's Feather and friends isn't enough to be significant. Also, you're never going to be happy to see those in your hand because you'd rather have a threat than a card that depends on other cards to get you ahead. Life gain only really becomes relevant with something like Wall of Reverence that puts you really ahead by blocking and giving you extra life.
So in short, I'd drop those three cards and replace them with bigger threats. Or more lands.
I was thinking about dropping them. i'll start looking for replacements in my collection. thanks for confirming that for me. what are your thoughts on Sphinx of Magosi in this deck?
The deck needs, Needs, NEEDS, a copy of sculpting steel so you can kill people with an infinitely large, unblockable Glassdust Hulk. I would recommend adding at least the following cards:

My biggest concern for this deck is the lack of combo options and a lack of recovery options.
UBW has a lot of options for cheap and your artifact selection needs an overhaul
first we will talk recovery options Myr Retriever auto include Sanctum Gargoyle auto include Leonin Squire Auriok Slavagers auto include Hanna, Ship's Navigator Argivian Archaeologist Argivian Find Scrounge
These are your main recovery options most of which are very cheap. THe more stuff you can recur the better sharuum is usually use to dig out your big critical gear that you need.
Next we will talk artifact selection. For starters the life gain arties 9demons horn krakens eye etc) need to go. In its lace finding cheap one cost artifacts or 0 cost is ideal. I highly recommend:
THe reasoning behind this is simple: they are easy to recur with the Auriok Salvagers and they are cheap card draw if nothing else (though sunbeam spellbomb will save your ass when you recur 5 or 6 times and gain a bunch of life)
The Claws are just nice to have because you gain life and you can gain it off things your opponents are going to nuke anyways and it can sack itself for life even. fun.
other good cards to include are Blinkmoth Urn It gives you a crapload of mana for all your artifacts. Skullclamp obvious Cranial Plating massive creature pump equipment Paradise Mantle free to play 1 to equip produce any color mana? sounds good land fix is nice
artifact lands (darksteel Citadel, Seat of the synod, etc) more artifacts to be fuel for the urn or even better: Krark Clan Ironworks Devouring your artifacts for mana may sound crazy but its a fast way accelerate into your beaters or even better a combo.
As for combo options theres a lot of different combos to do in these colors. Im gonna rip a page out of my own book for this one though I have this in my Merieke Ri Berit deck. Krark Clan Ironworks Bronze Bombshell Endless Whispers
dont see it? you sac the bombshell to the ironworks endless whispers hands it to an opponent. Whenever the bombshell goes to an opponent he automatically blows up and deals 7 damage and endless whispers sends it to another opponent or you. Either way it doesnt matter he keeps getting sacrificed by you and he keeps blowing up on your opponents dealing infinite damage (and also gaining tons of mana which makes little difference at this point). Its an automatic kill no matter how many opponents youre up against if they cant stop it.
I would also highly recommend throwing in more tutors and a cheap way to do this is with transmute cards (they have their own abilities but you can pay the transmute to fish up a card of equal cost) Dimir House Guard Dimir Machinations Muddle the Mixture Drift of Phantasms
All are common cards and are useful in their own right but the tutor part makes them great.
Trinket Mage is a good tutor too
I think just about everything I listed except maybe the archaeologist and capt. sisay you can find in the common bin or the $1 rares Still for garbage cards they make a huge difference.
I plan on getting Sword of the Meek and Krark Clan Ironworks ASAP I'm also going to work on getting a Master Transmuter and a Sculpting Steel but I don't buy singles. Lately my income has been going towards mundane bills so until that changes I have to find people to trade with.

Artificer's Intuition + Salvaging Station is a nice combo that allows you to thin your deck while having access to a toolbox of spellbombs, tormod's crypt, etc. I would also recommend adding Hallowed Burial along with Nevinyrral's Disk for removal. You've got to add Open The Vaults as well, as it is an amazing kill con or recovery option. Vedalken Orrery is also very good in here.
A little story with orrery:
I drew like 60 cards once with the sight/sculptor/top combo until I found reliquary tower. My oppenent strip mined it. I had to discard like 85 cards. In his upkeep, I flashed in Disciple of the Vault, and then cast open the vaults and killed the whole table, still in his upkeep
I have Open the Vaults. I would like the spellbombs tho. Also this Deck is designed to go off when I get Arcum out, he will bring out all of my non creature artifacts starting with the lattice. Then using Filligree sages, training grounds and Kahalni gem repeatedly untap him and bring out more artifacts. Also once I get sword of the meek and KCI it'll really go off.

I would change Cancel to Dissipate or Spell Crumple and Terror to Rend Flesh or Go For The Throat. Also maybe No Mercy instead of Hissing Miasma, unless you're facing hordes of tokens.
