Check out the link in my sig for more advice. This deck needs a lot of work.
I think your mana-ramping cards are pretty bad. Most of them are just about unplayable in this format.
- Fragile little elves tend to get killed when someone else blows a Disk or some other board-wiper (which happens a lot in this format). Try using Signets instead.
- Harrow is too risky. There are much safer spells for 2G, like Kodama's Reach, or Wood Elves (they can fetch dual lands) or Farhaven Elf (the land it gets won't get Disk'd).
- You don't have any land recursion, so Scapeshift is not very good. Try Explosive Vegetation or Oracle of Mul Daya, or play land-recursion like Life from the Loam or Crucible of Worlds.
Your removal spells are also pretty bad. This isn't Standard, it's EDH. Doom Blade is no good in EDH. Neither is Gatekeeper of Malakir (EDH is supposed to be multi-player).
There are about 20,000 different cards printed today. In your colors, you have access to over half of them. There must be at least a few cards better than Sage Owl and Elvish Visionary.

Elvish Visionary I think, Is a pretty strong card for what it is. I draw a card, and with Tomorrow in play, I basically ponder. Sage owl Really helps, no matter when I draw it.
Scapeshift is a pair with Ob Nixilis, and used to finish of any pesky players who stayed around. I don't HAVE to sacrifice ALL of my current land either, I can change some islands to swamps, forests to islands, and any other combination.
I see no problem with my Removal. Doom Blade Maybe restrictive, but it is DEFINATELY not " No good" I'd rather run terminate, but that really doesn't work. Hex Is pretty good. Damnation is also pretty fun. Gatekeeper is great for 1v1 and decent multiplayer ( I use this deck for both)
The mana ramping part is...well, I agree its kind of meh. Harrow is still a good turn 3 play. You ideas are great, but the Mana ramp that I've been playing has been doing me well. And regardless I still added in Yawgmoths Will, Dark Ritual, And Cabal Ritual in spot of a few cards.
I also realize about board wipers, but I've actually been pretty resiliant to them.
Thanks for the hints though, I will probably put Crucible of worlds in the deck. Doesnt seem like a very bad choice.
I'd rather run Fleshbag Marauder (global effect, easier to cast), Grave Pact (continuous effect), or Butcher of Malakir (fattie with a great triggered ability) over Gatekeeper. Even Diabolic Edict would be better because it's an instant and it's easier to cast.
Sage Owl and Elvish Visionary are junk. If you're going to play 1/1 creatures, you should at least put a Skullclamp or a Basilisk Collar or something. By themselves, they really don't measure up well against popular creatures like Akroma or Darksteel Colossus. If you want more draw power, try some of these:
- Mulldrifter: 2 cards instead of 1, possible FLYING body.
- Solemn Simulacrum: mana-ramp AND a cantrip AND a 2/2 chump.
- Rhystic Study: This will almost always net you at least three cards.
- Phyrexian Arena: A very subtle and effective way to draw lots of extra cards over time.
- Mind's Eye: A format staple, one of the best draw spells available.
- Fact or Fiction: Probably the best instant-speed draw spell under $100.
- Cold-Eyed Selkie: Someone at your table ALWAYS has an Island. If he ever gets bigger, look out!
Doom Blade is in fact crap-tastic. Shriekmaw is better b/c you have the option of making a body with it, or you could evoke it and trigger a Grave Pact. Duplicant is also better because it is colorless (so it works on Akromas) and it RFG's the creature (so it works on Darksteel Colossus).
@Scapeshift: You say that it's good with Ob Nixilis, which is fine. However, you seem to also be implying that it's not very good without Ob Nixilis. Maybe you should replace Scapeshift with something that is good on its own as well as with Ob Nixilis, like Oracle of Mul Daya (a very underrated card).
In general, it seems like you're settling for mediocre stuff. EDH is about the biggest, baddest stuff you can find (unlike other formats with much more restricted card lists). Why settle for a slingshot when you could get a bazooka?
Honestly, if you're going to storm, you should be able to do it infinitely. The nice thing about my above suggestions is that the individual pieces aren't bad on their own (palinchron might be debatable, but it's a free flier at WORST).

I'll look into Kodamas reach, I like that card, and nearly forgot about it. lol
And All my storm is infinite with Eye of the Storm, And also Exponential I believe.
Regardless, if I get my hands on a T.Academy, I don't see it really fitting in this deck too much, but a storm like that is something that Vorosh loves to look for.
EDIT: Only problem is that T.Academy needs like 9 artifacts to keep bouncing Palinchron back and forth. Cabal Coffers is easier, but it also needs alot of swamps.
This is true..I /was/ going to find a place for the thopter depths combo, but I also kind of think that there is way too much removal.
so Urborg:ToY, Cabal coffers, Palinchron = storm.
I'm probably going to get Rhystic study for this deck, and maybe Minds eye.
Also, fact or fictions is a good idea, but I dont see my deck saving that much mana for an instant speed draw. I might use it in the future though, but as of right now I'm focusing on the eye/storm combo

You need 11 mana to play and bounce palinchron to break even. You untap 7 lands with Palinchron which means that you need 6 lands and a tolarian academy that produces 5+ mana (5+ artifacts) or a coffers that nets 7+ black mana (easy with urborg). However, if you add in deserted temple or minamo you need even fewer artifacts to set the loop up.
deserted temple/minamo
+
5 lands
+
academy with 4 artifacts will let you go infinite and profit mana
temple and minamo
+
4 lands
+
academy with 3 artifacts will let you go infinite (but break even on mana)
As you can see, the #'s point towards Urborg + Coffers and Tolarian Academy + some artifacts as being FTW.
If you're going to win via eye of the storm, you should run Teferi, Dosan, or City of Solitude else you might get stack-jacked and have your EOTS used against you.

Tefari! I completely forgot! This is definately a good guy to have...I can't believe I forgot him -facepalm-
and thats good math, I think I'll have to find room for that combo.
depending on meta, mana artifacts can be better than land ramping, if you can't make the mana-facts work, swap out academy with coffers, but urborg becomes vital.

No, it combos with any storm spell. See, you exile the original with Eye right? You cast the copy. You target the original with Eye's effect, and you proceed to Winrar. Its a really complex thing to explain, but its easy to understand once you see it happen.
As far as I can tell, fahrenheights is correct. The eye only triggers when a *card* is played. For reference here is the gatherer link with the pertinent rulings at the bottom.
I really wouldn't choose between academy ruins and cabal coffers. I would just run both. With expedition map, you go for the academy first, then get the urborg, and then when you drop coffers, your doing awesome. (then you can fetch deserted temple to make things even more awesome if need be...)
Also, primeval titan. As for eye of the storm, please remember that everyone can use those cool storm cards you put under it. Also, remember that if you get temporal fissure under the eye of the storm, all someone has to do is brainstorm of swords or even giant growth to bounce the eye of the storm and leave all of your exiled cards to rot.
As for cards that really do go well with eye of the storm: time stretch and time warp. Taking an extra turn with every instant and sorcery is pretty cool. Especially if your already running preordain, ponder, brainstorm, ancestral vision. Cabal conditioning is solid if you aren't worried about it coming back at you. I mean, making each of your opponents discard 7 first time you play it generally rocks the boat.
The lack of diabolic tutor is odd. I run demonic tutor and beseech the queen in a wrexial deck i haven't posted and im not dissapointed with a diabolic tutor. Im going to make the assumption that you are using all of your tutors to fetch eye of the storm and then mind's desire. Afterall, play tutor, exile and replay tutor to fetch mind's desire which you play and then exile to replay with a storm count of 3, so 4 total copies. If you run into another instant or sorcery, that means you get 6 more mind's desire resolutions, and so on.
I recommend playing regrowth over raise dead. It costs one more, but it will get you anything.
