Yeah so I built this E.D.H. deck a while back and it has constantly been changing throughout this past year. I haven't had a chance to really consider all my options
I opted alot of cards out that might be considered staples such as:
1: Bottled Cloister- Ends up being a unplayable card against artifact hate.
2: Urza's Blueprints: I used this cards for awhile but it's just too slow to really make a difference.
3: Umbral Mantle- Doesn't seem great on any creature besides Scarecrone.
4: Heartstone: This card only is effective in reducing a small amount of your artifacts abilities, which shouldn't have a slot wasted over.
5: Thousand-Year Elixir: Again there isn't enough 'tap' abilities to make this effective.
6: Rings of Brighhearth: This one I want to add but it seems only great with tawno's coffin or helm of possesion.
...that's all i can think of off the top of my head.
I just want this deck to be a sledgehammer and any of your help is appreciated.

You're playing planar portal! Pay two more, go get a second card. Seems good. Or pay two more, draw double with tower of fortunes. I'm sure there are plenty more uses for it, I'm just going through your list quickly.
Also - personally, I'd cut howling mine and font of mythos. Find draw spells that will only help you. Why give your opponent extra cards to beat you with? It seems counter-productive. You're playing colorless artifacts, there are plenty of repeatable draw spells out there.
