I would replace nature's lore and rampant growth with far wanderings and skyshroud claim (they are commons so im going to assume its within your price range. Skyshroud claim means:
you get to fetch overgrown tomb and stomping ground with the option of them entering play untapped. Thats pretty nuts. As for far wanderings, the ability to get 3 lands on threshold is pretty awesome. Being a turn slower than rampant growth isn't really a big deal, especially when the potential benefit is that its more powerful than evolving wilds and costs less.
Oracle mul daya is the most amazing card ever (beats the ondo giant). I feel like its mana acceleration and card advantage (you shouldn't be drawing any lands with this guy on the table) means that you get to do awesome.
As for channelhoard wurm: its awesome. If you are playing regrowth and restock then I get the idea that you recognize the power of recursion.
Id lose the zendicar gain 1 life lands (1 life has never made the difference between victory and defeat, but cipt lands have. (or ETBT is the new way we say it i guess) And probably the tainted wood too (you don't have a ton of swamps) for basics. And the painlands (T: add (c1) or (c2) to your mana pool and ~ deals 1 damage to you) and start using bojuka bog and volrath's stronghold.
Although I suppose no one plays ruination or back to basics in your playgroup or this land list would not have been suggested.
I mean, the advice im giving you would help your deck in my meta where I see recursion and i see nonbasic hate like people running wastelands and shivan harvest (which is a great card if you have token generation and one i think you should consider)
And either of the sword of light and shadow or the sword of fire and ice are good things.
15 dragons is plenty dragons. In fact, its enough to justify patriarchs bidding (unless your playgroup is a bunch of tribal players like yourself and someone runs allies-- those are crazy off of a patriarchs bidding) But remember you don't have to cast it until after you bojuka bog.
And personally I prefer startstorm over savage twister but i suppose thats just me. And all suns' dawn can be fun if you like regrowth effects from what i hear.
I've been playing a fairly similarly-themed Karrthus deck lately. A few cards I've gotten a ton of value out of that aren't on your list:
All Suns' Dawn -- Even in three colors, this is very nice. Combos well with Pernicious Deed and any other green recursion like Regrowth to repeatedly sweep the board without losing your high-CMC dragons.
Lurking Predators -- At 6 CMC you'd probably rather drop a dragon, but Lurking Predators gives you some more resistance against counters and board sweeps, and can help filter your draws if you're short or flooded on land, or digging for something. OTOH, can work against you if it reveals a creature when they cast a sweep -- putting the creature out is not optional, and just means they'll hit one more. Obviously good with anything that lets you work the top of your deck like scry or Sensei's Divining Top.
Dragon Broodmother -- Triggers on each upkeep. Fine heads-up, and hilarious in multiplayer.
Boseiju, Who Shelters All -- Shuts down permission strategies. Not always what you want, but a worthwhile tutor target when you need it.
I guess ure taking this deck in the direction of strait casting but i would have gone in the direction of reanimation support.
Fauna Shaman is amazing when you have Dargons, and green. Along the same lines you really should be running Patriarch's Bidding. With lots of board wiping it's great recovery.
As far as planeswalker's go, most of yours are just filler, they don't really build on karthus or your dragons. Chandra Ablaze is better than Chandra Nalaar, you can use her first ability to discard red dragons, burn the enemy, and then (i would) reanimate them.

Also, I am thinking that it will be a good deck to let someone play when we are short a person. So....

As far as savage twister and starstorm are concerned, I would cut boom//bust and run both of these cards.
All Suns' Dawn -- Even in three colors, this is very nice. Combos well with Pernicious Deed and any other green recursion like Regrowth to repeatedly sweep the board without losing your high-CMC dragons.

I also like Molten Disaster more than Earthquake, just for kickable split-second.
My newly altered General.

Anger is also really good, and should go in.

Sorin Markov....is just..why? sure why not. Same with Sarkhan Vol. And i would only run Sarkhan the Mad if you are planning to have a lot of dragons out, IE Post Patriarrch's Bidding / Twlighlight's Call. Lilliana Vess is fine, her tutoring is good.
Once again, if you went Reanimation, Demonic Collusion is really really good.
