So, after running a Sapling of Colfenor list for the last 6 months, I decided it was time to move on to something different. This is a living (actual) decklist for my Doran, the Siege Tower deck. I want to focus on more of a "Rock" approach to it (hand disruption, board control, and efficient beaters with good utility).
I would probably take out the following:
Ancestor's Chosen (for 7 mana, you can do a lot better)
Stonecloaker (the only reason I might keep this in is because it synergises well with Eladamri's call)
Sun droplet (Life Gain doesn't do too much, and limiting it to 1 per upkeep is not worth a slot imo)
Natures Claim (I think that the 1 mana more for Naturalize is worth it, seeing as 4 life could be meaningful very late game. Also you have a lot of art/enchant removal)
Seal of Cleansing (Pretty much same as above)
Temporal Isolation (Other removal is better. This doesn't do activated ability's, still allows abilities that trigger on attacking, and could be gotten rid of)
One thing I noticed in the Doran deck I made is that Galepowder Mage really pulls it's weight. Since you have a lot of enters the battlefield creatures (Acidic Slime, Stoneforge Mystic, ect.) it can keep them triggering, or it can prevent an opponents creature from blocking, if you need it. Also, if your opponents have enchants, equipments, ect. on there creatures, it becomes even more potent.
Another thing I'd suggest is adding Suffer the Past. If I were you, I'd put it over Tormod's Crypt, because late game it can do that last 10 points of damage, or give you enough life to last another few turns.
Lastly, along the same lines as Pernicious deed, Ive found that Crime/Punishment is really good. It's pretty versatile, and 2 deeds are better then 1.
Edit: Also, Demonic Tutor and friends really help find answers in a pinch
Unless, you have a more dominant token theme. I dont suggest the Glare of Subdual. You would rather want to tap down you own little tokens, rather you Ink Eyes or Novablast Wurm.

I like current block formats the most.
Its so limited to its power scale against other formats.
Block constructed should be a more competitive format like it was back in Champions or Ravnica.

Thanks for the suggestions. I agree with taking out all but the Temporal Isolation. I've found the card to be invaluable, if for instance my opponent drops a Hellkite Overlord and plans to end me. All it takes is 2 mana and it's no longer a problem.
The only reason I'm not running Suffer the Past is because right now I need a good turn 3-4 answer to a very large graveyard, as quite a few decks here are playing reanimator shenanigans, and doing it fast. So for right now, the 0cc of crypt is just too good.
Crime/Punishment seems amazing, idk why I never thought of it, definitely going in once I can find one.
I agree, I really should be using more tutors, I just need to get some. Unfortunately that will be difficult where I am as most people usually just have their 1-of.
Unless, you have a more dominant token theme. I dont suggest the Glare of Subdual. You would rather want to tap down you own little tokens, rather you Ink Eyes or Novablast Wurm.
My whole thing with Glare of Subdual is to be able to tap down 1 or 2 troublesome permanents (or start static orb locking), so my little utility guys should be enough for the glare to do what I need.
I'll post changes once I get ahold of the mentioned cards, hopefully within the next week.

Glancing at the list again, I noticed that Altar's Light is almost strictly inferior to Return to Dust. Also, you should use Crop rotation. It's Anti-Land destruction, a tutor, and if you combine it with Bojuka Bog, it's instant speed Graveyard hate. Another amazing removal card is Oblation. It can hide a general, and deal with any non-land threats at instant speed. Hope this helps. =)

Yeah, a friend of mine pointed out that Return to Dust is just a better Altar's Light, so as soon as I can find one it's replacing it. The crop rotation idea seems solid, I'll have to play a few games to see where I'd need it. There's not very much LD around here for me to worry about (no crucible locks or anything, we use gentlemans' agreements).

I'd update my decklist now as it's gotten a major revamp thanks to sick trades this week, but I'm not feeling that great and would rather not get sick germs all over my sleeves. I will note that I caved into suggestions of a Seedborn Muse in the deck and she is just what it needed. Being able to only shut down the players who need it is great politics.
